Comfort meets great versatility in this classic water shoe. The Newport H2 for men shows the airiness of a men's sandal and the toe protection of a shoe for men. The treaded outsole provides excellent traction by directing water away from the ground. While the washable, quick-drying straps are equipped to take you from trail to harbour and anywhere in between. Diese Keen quietschen nicht!
Sehr gute Sandalen, gute Führung des Fußes. Bequem und sie machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Ganz wichtig: im Gegensatz zu anderen Keen Sandalen quietschen sie nicht, ich vermute, weil die Sohle fest verbaut ist.
Für mich die perfekte Treckingsandale
Die KEEN Herren Newport H2 Sport-& Outdoor Sandalen sind für mich perfekt für leichte bis mittelschwere Wanderungen, auch mal über Fels und mit steinigem Untergrund. Mein Fuß wird hervorragend im Schuh gehalten, rutscht nicht hin und her, wirklich erstaunlich für eine Sandale.Die Innensohle ist absolut rutschfest, nur wenn man im Wasser war, sollte man vorsichtiger sein. Die elastische Schnürung hält den Fuß sehr gut fest. Der Zehenschutz ist super und natürlich auch nötig. Auch die Außensohle hat genügend Grip. Schließlich ist die Sandale wie beworben wasserfest, für Bachquerungen oder auch schwimmen im See super geeignet.Da ich normalerweise eine orthopädische Einlage (Senkfuß) trage, ist bei einem solchen Schuh das Fußbett für mich extrem wichtig. Es hat mich nicht nicht enttäuscht, der Fuß wird sehr gut gestützt, auch längere Wanderungen - in der Regel für mich ohne Einlagen nicht möglich - klappen schmerz- und ermüdungsfrei.An der Verarbeitung habe ich nichts auszusetzen bisher, also nach ca. 2 Monaten. Ich konnte vom ersten Schritt an ohne Druck- oder Scheuerstellen und ohne Blasen barfuß im Schuh laufen, ein Einlaufen mit Socken war nicht nötig.Das Fazit steht im Titel, es ist natürlich mein persönliches für meine Füße, ein Mensch mit anderer Fußform mag anders urteilen. Und nein, ich werde nicht von Keen oder Amazon bezahlt und habe das Produkt regulär gekauft.
Super Sandale
Absolute bequeme Schuhe zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Keen ist der Begriff für super Sandalen mit gutem Halt. Bin top zufrieden und werde ganz sicher wieder welche kaufen.
Kleine Verarbeitungsfehler, sonst gute Qualität/ Tragekomfort
Leider ein kleiner Verarbeitungsfehler, wo im linken Schuh ein kleines Luftloch zwischen den Zehen oben deutlich größer ist als bei dem rechten Schuh. Man könnte dafür auch nur 3 Sterne vergeben insbesondere in der Preiskategorie...Sonst, also funktional überzeugt der Schuh aber komplett
Für mich die besten Sandalen.
Die Überschrift sagt es ja bereits .Ich trage seit 5 Jahren sehr gerne Sandalen - nur wegen dieser Marke hier !Sehr haltbare Außensohle - meine ersten KEEN sind nun 5 Jahre alt und die Sohle noch nicht runter. Auch die Verklebungen halten, was der Preis verspricht . Vielleicht sollte man sie nicht in der Waschmaschine reinigen .....Ich bin Angler und gehe mit dem Sandalen im Jahr gerechnet locker 40-50 Std. in Flüssen, laufe weite Strecken damit - trage den Schuh quasi 4- Monate im Jahr täglich.Auf die Waage bringe ich gut 110 kg .Durch den Schuh ( speziell Newport H2 ) hat sich mein Fußinnengewölbe wieder normalisiert, sodass ich keine Einlagen mehr brauche. Man bekommt selbst bei nassem Schuh und einer darauf folgenden Gehstrecke von 3-5 KM keine Blasen oder Druckstellen.GRÖßE :Mein Fuß misst links 276 mm und rechts 274 mm . Ich habe Größe 44 ( 285 mm Innenlänge) in den Sandalen . So passt der Schuh perfekt und liegt entgegen anderer Aussagen ganz klar im Mittelfeld. man rutscht nicht und stößt auch nicht vorne an.Meine LOWA Bergschuhe habe ich auch in 44 , Nike trage ich in 10,5 US Größe. BW Stiefel schnüre ich fester und habe in denen 280 mm Innenlänge.Bitte geht bei der Größentabelle unbedingt nach Eurer Fußlänge. Die findet Ihr auf KEEN.de. 1 cm Aufschlag zur Fußlänge ( Durchschnittswert beider Füße) reicht , da Ihr sonst im Schuh schwimmt.Mein erstes Paar habe ich aus einem Geschäft und habe beide Größen genau getestet. Bedenkt, dass Ihr die Sandale aufgrund Komfort immer barfuß tragt und der Schuh daher minimal kleiner sein kann als im Vergleich zu anderen Schuhen.NACHTEIL: Durch das Neopren sind die Sandalen nicht so luftig wie andere Modelle und bei extremen Temperaturen relativ warm. Bei 12-15 Grad Außentemperatur bekommt man barfuß jedenfalls keine kalten Füsse.
Tolle Schuhe, nur leider fallen sie sehr groß aus...
Als ich die Schuhe bestellte, lies ich mir ein paar Rezensionen meiner vorbestellter durch.Ein,Zwei schrieben, dass Sie die Schuhe eine halbe Nummer größer bestellt hatten.Gut dachte ich mir, ich bin 2,03 m und habe eine Schuhgröße von 49-50.Ich bestellte die Schuhe in 49 und hoffte, dass sie sind nicht zu kurz ausfallen.Als die Schuhe ankamen, kam auch das Staunen... Die Schuhe in der Größe waren viel zu groß.... eine Fußlänge gemessen von etwas über 33 cm (von der Ferse des Schuhs bis zur Zeh Spitze)... meine Füße sind 31 cm lang.Sehr schade, aber ein toller Schuh!!!Edit: ich habe den Schuh jetzt in Größe 47,5 gekauft und die passen jetzt; wie gesagt, Schuhgröße bei den meisten Schuhen habe ich 49 :)
Nach 4 Tagen Naht kaputt
Nachdem ich die Sandalen 4 Tage getragen habe, musste ich entdecken, dass eine Naht im hinteren Bereich aufgegangen ist (Foto). Bin im Urlaub und will mich hier eigentlich nicht um Reparatur kümmern, sondern wollte sorgenfrei wandern.Ansonsten ist der Tragekomfort in Ordnung.
Als Sandalenhasser verwendet
Normalerweise ziehe ich keine Sandalen an.Diese sind jedoch optisch schön und super bequem.Auch lange Wanderungen sind ohne Probleme möglich.Keine Probleme mit Steinen oder sonstigem, was sich schon mal gerne unter dem Fuss verirrt.Trocknen auch sehr schnell, wenn man mal einen Bach durchqueren muss

Loved the shoe from Keen.
Though the Amazon seller sent the wrong size, but I only realised it after using the pair. If you're looking for a shoe that's great for hikes around water, this one is very comfortable and provides excellent grip, even when crossing streams. I recommend going half a size up if you plan to use them in water, as they tend to fit better that way.
Worth the premium. Keen continues to impress!
Just excellent sandals. I've taken about ten pairs of these to hell and back over the last 20 years. Eventually they fall apart, but man can they take a beating. Keen for life!
