Nach einer ISG-Blockade mit Beckenschiefstand hab ich mir zur Unterstützung diesen Gurt gekauft. Es gibt eine Bedienungsanleitung, welche zwar in Englisch geschrieben ist, aber dennoch mit Bildern angezeigt und somit einfach umzusetzen ist. Auch ohne würde man Recht schnell das System verstehen meiner Meinung nach. Der Gurt war sein Geld wert, hab ihn jetzt 1 1/2 Tage getragen (mit Unterbrechungen) und fühle mich wesentlich besser..stabiler, gerader, schmerzbefreiter. Da ich in der Pflege arbeite, werde ich den Gurt sicherlich auch öfter auf Arbeit tragen.
Super Unterstützung im Alltag !
Habe den Gürtel auf Empfehlung meines Chiropraktikers bestellt. Hatte / habe in meiner Schwangerschaft vermehrt mit Rücken- und Symphyseschmerzen zu kämpfen - der Gürtel ist eine super Unterstützung um den Alltag weiterhin gut zu bewältigen und gibt mir den fehlenden Halt. Man kann ihn durch Klettverschlüsse schön fest fixieren.Werde ich sicherlich auch nach der Schwangerschaft noch gebrauchen können, da ich auch Probleme mit meinen Bandscheiben habe und mir gut vorstellen kann, das er auch dort sehr Unterstützend sein wird.

Ich bin wirklich baff! Seit über drei Jahren hatte ich Schmerzen im unteren Rücken/Becken (bis ins Bein runter) beim Gehen, beim Sport, beim Sitzen im Schneidersitz und teilweise sogar beim Liegen und normalen Sitzen. Ich musste monatelang stärkste Schmerzmittel nehmen, um die Tage zu bewältigen. Mein Physio hat mir den Gürtel empfohlen, weil langfristig absolut nichts Besserung gebracht hat.Nach gerade mal 2 Tagen mit dem Serolabelt konnte ich die starken Mittel absetzen und auf sehr leichte Mittel umstellen.Vorm Bestellen hatte ich Bedenken, dass ich "das Ding" vermutlich nur einige Stunden täglich tragen kann. Aber im Gegenteil: Ich habe ihn jetzt seit fast 2 Monaten und kann ihn problemlos Tag und Nacht tragen und habe ich ihn mal ne Stunde nicht dran, erinnert mich meine Hüfte sofort wieder dran.Habe jetzt noch einen zweiten bestellt, um beim Waschen und Trocknen des Gürtels (Handwäsche) meine Hüfte weiter zu schonen.Ich kann ihn also definitiv nur empfehlen!

I'm now on my second belt, the first having lasted 1.5 years before finally falling apart!It was recommended to me in an EDS group, after my SI joints started dislocating, causing an incredible amount of pain. Within just a few hours of wearing the belt, the pain started to ease, especially when walking!Definitely worth it!

Ich trage den Gurt seit 2 Tagen tagsüber durchgehend und habe in der Zeit fast keine Beschwerden mehr!! Er sitzt angenehm und stört auch beim Arbeiten nicht. Man muss lediglich darauf achten ihn wirklich nach Anweisung zu tragen, am besten vor einem Spiegel anlegen!

I am a runner and walker and put in over 30,000 steps per day. I have low back pain and I do not hold myself in straight alignment therefore this starts a chain of issues. I purchased the SEROLA Belt and wore it all day yesterday and noticed an improvement in my pain and comfort level. It is certainly worth trying if you are having issues.
Not just for women
Every one has an SI joint and lots of things can aggravate it. Being pregnant is one of the major causes and so its marketed towards pregnant women but men can also get SI problems from a wide range of things.My symptom's are a muscular ache across the width of my lower back that burns more and more as I walk or lift things. After about 10 minutes of work I had to stop and rest my back. If that sounds familiar then do some research on the SI joint and see if you may have the same problem. The belt stabilises and supports the back muscles and so the effect is instant. It does not take all the pain away but it means I can work pretty much normally again so its worth its weight in gold. Better than pain killers.The belt is well made and I have worn it for a month now and it looks like it will last. If worn properly it is hardly noticeable except for its beneficial effect. You can wear it all day and as it goes under your clothes, no one will know. It goes a bit lower then the normal trouser belt level. It does have some thick edges on the Velcro but if you line it up properly they wont touch you as they should be in the middle of the belt. Line them up badly and they will dig in so don't just slap the belt on, put in on properly.Look up SI joint problems as it has some different symptoms that I don't get. If you think you have the problem then this is a very good belt to help you carry on with work.
