      After having a generic sports rucksack for seven years, it started to fall apart, the nylon zips failed and the horrible nylon material inside was not strong enough to repair, so I had to dump it.I searched for some sort of haversack rucksack that was strong canvas and I found this one. I was not disapointed.Some of the reviews complain a little and say that the straps are just press studs and the pockets aren't secure, but I think mine may have been a slightly different model as this was not the case.The material is very strong and durable, it just needs a waterproofing spray on it. The straps on the main flap are extremely strong magnet closures, which can pretty much support the back when full if you suspend it from the flap. The pockets are metal zips and very secure, plus there's a hidden pocket against your back with zip fastening.Inside the bag is a pull closure at the top, as well as a laptop pocket and several organiser pockets. Many more than I anticipated.Very happy with this. It looks old, it's good and sturdy so will last for years, plus it is made of biodegradable cotton canvas and leather, so it'll be better for the environment at the end of its life. Definetly worth the money.
