    Der Geschmack ist für jeden anders. Ich mag und vertrage das Cola Powerbar Gel und kaufe es immer im Angebot. An diesem Gel mag ich, dass es flüssiger ist und man nicht zwanghaft noch was nachtrinken muss.

    Ich vertrage das Hydrogel auf längeren Läufen recht gut auch ohne zusätzliches Wasser. Die Sorte COLA hat allerdings einen sehr hohen Koffeingehalt und kann bei Longruns und mehreren Gels für empfindliche Konsumenten die üblichen Nebenwirkungen bringen. Ich nehme jetzt die Sorte Orange mit weniger Koffein und bin sehr zufrieden.

    Das sind die besten Gels, die ich in vielen Jahren im Ausdauersport kennengelernt habe. Sie lassen sich problemlos aufreissen und verzehren, da sie wirklich flüssig (wie Liqueur) sind. Langes kraftzehrendes und ablenkendes rumnuckeln und mit Getränk nachspülen kann man sich daher sparen. Es bleibt einfach nichts an Zähnen und Gaumen kleben. Der Geschmack ist nicht so penetrant wie von anderen Gels. Die gute Dosis caffeine wirkt im Kopf ("Shut up legs!"). Im Rennen kann dieses Gel den Sprung nach vorn ermöglichen; im Training bringt es mehr Spass und messbar verbesserte Leistung.Das Zeug ist flüssiger Raketentreibstoff für jedermann! Kauf es dir, solange es noch nicht verboten ist ;)

    Ich benutze dieses Gel, indem ich es mit ca 600 ml Wasser in meiner Trinkflasche mische und in kürzeren Abständen während der Rennradfahrt trinke. Bei längeren Touren kommen noch kleinere Gels der Firma zum Einsatz. Schmeckt nicht zu aufdringlich.

    Das Powergel füllt die Energie während des Ausdauersports sehr schnell (etwa 10 Minuten nach der Einnahme) wieder auf und man muss nichts dazu trinken. Ich verwende ein Gel bei Marathonläufen etwa am Kilometer 28 und halte damit spürbar besser durch.

De un tamaño un poco más grande de otras marcas, no se hace excesivo.
