Just okay
This is not a slip on, more like a slip off. I have to use my hands to put them on because the back gets stuck and then they don't feel secure on my feet when on. They gape at the sides when I walk. I would not trust these to exercise in and especially not to run in, they would not be secure. I got my normal size so they should fit. Fit fine for length, just not the sides.
