    Bought this as backup for a 5-day fishing trip in the North Pacific. Honestly wasn't expecting much since I figured I'd probably trash it and throw it out afterward, but it ended up being the only rain gear I wore the whole time.This stuff is built tough. Five days straight on a commercial boat - constant exposure to salt water, getting banged around, catching on equipment - and it came through without a single tear or even a scratch. The material has some real substance to it, thick enough to take punishment but not so heavy that you feel like you're wearing a tarp.Comfort-wise, I was pleasantly surprised. The liner does a good job managing moisture, so even with all the physical work involved I wasn't getting that gross sticky feeling you get with cheaper rain gear. Wasn't particularly hot outside, but the breathability seems solid.Really good value for what you get. I went in thinking this might be disposable gear and came away with something I'll definitely use again. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and sometimes you get more than you expected - this was the latter.
