Serious arch support!!!
Just received them today. First off: order a 1/2 size up. They run small. I read other reviews that said this and I'm glad I listened. Also, if you have regular width feet, order wide. I normally wear a women's size 10 narrow. These shoes fit more on the narrow side which is perfect for me. There is excellent arch support. As soon as I put them on and stood, I could feel it. I haven't hiked in them yet and that is the reason I bought them. I'm happy with my purchase, and I'm seriously considering making this brand my regular go to shoes!

As expected.
I love the Merrell Moab 3 trail shoes. They fit as expected. The higher-top boot has a clean look and provides great stability and foot protection. I am looking forward to seeing their degree of waterproof vs. water resistance. They have a stiff feel, yet in my experience, this is wearable and comfortable. If they hold up like my previous pair, they will be durable. My only issue with this shoe is that the round laces tend to come undone easily, which can be good or bad. I advise double knotting. I plan to wear them out.
