Best walking boots
These are probably the best boots for walking. I tried many and would be surprised if there is better walking boot out there in this class.I don`t even know where to start. Outsoles are Vibram and shaped in such a way that you are stimulated to make steps. Front part is curved and without any edge. When walking feeling is similar to being slightly pushed forward. I have never enjoyed walking so much as with these boots.Outsoles are also resoleable, if this is important.Perfect fit, at least to me. True to size. I don`t recommend ordering bigger size than usual. Inside it is even a little bit more space for thicker wool trekking socks. Fit is just "right". I just slipped my feet in and knew immediately this is it. They hugged my feet perfectly.When walking for hours I also experienced no sweat, but to evaluate them in this regard, I`ll have to wait for summer when it is hot outside.They also look good, seem durable, offer perfect ankle support and stability, are substancial and not too heavy,... I could go on and on...

Sind einer der besten Schuhe. Ich benutze sie schon seid Jahren ob in Inland bei Bergtouren oder im Ausland bei Wanderungen. Sie tragen sich sehr angenehm auch bei großer Hitze ( Mali, Kongo ). Der halt den sie bitten ist auch nicht zu vernachlässigen. Die Langlebigkeit ist gut. Wird nicht mein letzter Stiefel sein von LOWA.
toller wasserdichter Wanderschuh
Bei Regen, Schnee und Schneematsch noch nie nasse Füsse darin bekommen. Und ich laufe öfters mit unserem Hund auch matschige Feldwege. Und die Füße schwitzen auch nicht. Sie sind auch sehr bequem, wenn gleich von der Passform her sind sie etwas breit (obwohl ich keinen schmalen Fuß habe). Mit dicken Socken aber kaum merkbar, nur mit dünnen Socken, wobei es nach dem Einlaufen auch besser geworden ist und man es jetzt beim Laufen auch mit dünnen Socken eigentlich nicht mehr merkt.Sie haben jetzt auch nach 1,5 Jahren keine Abnutzungserscheinungen. Habe jetzt vlt. gerade zum zweiten Mal die Schuhe gewaschen und muss sagen, sie sehen wieder aus wie neu (hätte ich beim Veloursleder so nicht erwartet). Beim Gassigehen gehen wir bei schlechten Wetter schon häufig Teerwege. Bei meinen Lowas hat sich deswegen die Sohle noch nicht abgenutzt.Also wirklich top Qualität. Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Für die weite Passform würde ich eigentlich einen halben Stern abziehen. Da das nicht geht und 1 Stern Abwertung zu viel wäre (denn sie tragen sich ja trotzdem super) gebe ich 5 Sterne.
Flache Wanderschuhe die mehr können als man denkt.
Gute Passform, gute Verarbeitung, stabiler Halt. Ist bereits mein 3. Paar, dass ich mir angeschafft habe. Und dass obwohl ich die Optik bzw. das Design nicht unbedingt mag.Die Funktion ist aber derart überzeugend stabil und trittsicher, dass ich außer im schwierigeren Gelände mit viel Geröll oder im Hochgebirge kaum noch mit hohen Stiefeln unterwegs bin. Ist einfach leichter und luftiger so.

Ich wollte einen anständigen Stiefel für Outdoor-Aktivitäten und zum Wandern und den habe ich erhalten.Die letzten 15 Jahre habe ich meine Bundeswehrstiefel für sowas genutzt und habe trotzdem nach 20 Km Blasen an den Füßen gehabt.Ja, die 30 Km-Eilmärsche bei der Bundeswehr waren auch mit den dienstlich gelieferten Stiefeln möglich, aber nur unter Schmerzen auf den letzten Kilometern.Die Lowa sind da eine ganz andere Klasse.Ausgepackt, Angezogen und los ging es.....Direkt eine 30 Km-Tour hingelegt und es ist ein Gefühl als würde man auf Wolken laufen.Keine Blasen, keine Scheuerstellen, nichts!!!Wie doof war ich eigentlich die ganzen Jahre???Diese Stiefel hätte ich mir schon viel früher kaufen sollen!Die Passform ist perfekt, ich habe normal 43/44 und habe sie in 44 bestellt und es ist einfach nur göttlich.Auch nach Stundenlangem Marsch durch Matsch und feuchte Gräser sind sie absolut Dicht. Zur Sicherheit werde ich Sie aber trotzdem nach jeder Tour mit Wachs einreiben. Sicher ist Sicher ;-)Bis hier hin eine absolute Empfehlung!!!

Schuhe quitschen nach kurzer Zeit
Nach 4-maligem tragen quitscht einer der Schuhe. Lowa scheint auch nicht mehr das zu sein was es mal war.In der Preisklasse erwarte ich was anderes.
Best by far…
First bought in Germany and knew I would never buy a different brand. Top quality throughout. They recommend using wooden shoe trees to maintain the shape and structure of the boot as they can resole them to like new. Very sturdy and very comfortable. I am between 10 1/2 & 11 and 44 European is a perfect fit. Yes a little pricey and shipping was $35 and yes took 2 weeks to get here but you won’t care when you put them on.

Great boot for work or play
These boots definitely live up to the lowa name. Very light weight and comfortable. I spend 12 hrs a day in them at work with absolutely no trouble. But if you buy them order one size up. I wear an 11, but a 12 in these fit snug.
Well worth the money!!
I bought these for my boyfriend as a gift, and he says they are the most comfortable pair of shoes/boots he has ever worn. He loves them!! Although he hasn't had them that long, they seem quite durable and I'm sure will last a long time. In summary, although quite expensive, they are well worth the money. He keeps trying to talk me in to getting a pair!
