    Habe das Tourniquet an meinem Oberschenkel ausprobiert. Um effizient abzubinden muss man gewaltig Druck aufbauen. Trotzdem halten die Feststeller ohne zu murren, zu knacken oder zu biegen.Ein schmerzhafter Versuch; man sagt ja, dass das Tourniquet mehr schmerzen muss als die Wunde selbst, dann ist es fest genug. Eine Erlösung, wenn mann es öffnet und der Unterschenkel wieder Blut erhält. Klare Kaufempfehlung. Sollte in keiner Werkstatt/Wohnung fehlen. Auch dort können mal Arterien verletzt werden und der Notarzt mag etwas Zeit brauchen. Ganz wichtig: Zeit des Anlegens aufschreiben!

    Ich hab das Tourniquet Set insgesamt drei mal bestellt. 2 mal war es ein gescheites, mit dem ich beim ausprobieren mein Bein Abbinden konnte. 1 mal war es ein Schrott Teil bei dem sich der Knebel beim zu drehen verdreht hat.Wenn ihr überprüfen wollt ob ihr ein gutes habt geht wie folgt vor:Pakt es aus und prüft den Knebel. Wenn ihr ihn leicht verbiegen könnt schickt es zurück. Wenn er aber Stabil wirkt und sich nicht biegt habt ihr wahrscheinlich ein gutes erwischt. Wie ihr auf den Bildern seht hat der Verschluss des guten Tourniquet eine Zahnung. Wenn es die hat und der Knebel sich nicht verbiegt funktioniert das Tourniquet wirklich gut. Die Bedienungsanleitung von dem Guten ist auch in einem Blau oder Petrol Farbton.Die Verbandsschere ist wirklich hervorragend verarbeitet. Sie schneidet richtig gut.Das Holster ist jetzt nicht der Brüller, aber es ist auch nicht schlecht. Die Nähten sehen recht sauber aus, die ein oder andere Faser steht an den Schnittkanten etwas ab.Fazit:Abschließend kann man sagen, dass das Tourniquet gut ist. Man muss aber überprüfen ob man ein gutes oder ein schlechtes Modell erhalten hat. Wenn man sich wirklich was richtig gutes besorgen will, sollte man sich ein richtiges CAT Tourniquet besorgen (gibt es z.B. bei medic bandages).

    Enstpricht vollkommen alle Anforderungen.

    Die Tasche ist billig verarbeitet (Halterung einfach abgerissen) und der Kunstoffstab ist abgebrochen als ich das Kit auf die Probe gestellt habe...
