    Tolle alternative zur Zahnbürste

    Mit wurde vom Tierarzt empfohlen Fingerlinge zu verwenden da mein Hund die Zahnbürste nicht mag. Sie sind zwar etwas groß für kleine Hunde aber für meinen Mischling reichts. Sind stabil und nicht zu hart.

    An sich finde ich die Fingerlinge super, deshalb finde ich es besonders schade, dass sie mir leider zu groß sind. Ich würde sagen, ich habe normalgroße Frauenhände, trotzdem rutschen die Fingerlinge mir beim Putzen vom Finger oder die Borsten drehen sich vom Zahn weg und behalten die Position nicht bei. Wenn es die Fingerlinge in Zukunft zusätzlich noch in einer etwas kleineren Größe geben würde, wäre es für mich das perfekte Produkt.Ansonsten habe ich den Eindruck, dass sie vor allem in Kombination mit einer Hundezahnpasta sehr gut reinigen und für meine Hündin scheint es nicht unangenehm zu sein. Auch bei der Reinigung der Bürsten nach dem Putzen bleiben keine Rückstände zurück, das war bei unserer vorherigen Hundezahnbürste immer ein kleines Problem.

    Eine sehr gute Lösung. Auch mit diesen Bürsten,kommt es auf den Hund an. Wenn er es sich gefallen lässt,sind diese Fingerlinge perfekt. Gegenüber Baumwolle,ist man hier klar im Vorteil.

    Nach über 20 Jahren Hundehaltung kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen, sich rechtzeitig (= vorbeugend) um die Zahnpflege des Vierbeiners zu kümmern. Lt. übereinstimmender Aussage diverser Tierärzt*innen DER Goldstandard: Zähne putzen. Wobei - lt. Zahnprophylaxe-Fachkraft wie beim Menschen auch - dem mechanischen Vorgang mehr Bedeutung zukommt als der Zahnpasta. Insofern leicht nachvollziehbar: Gängige Algenpräparate, die fix über's Futter gegeben werden, können da nicht mithalten, sind allenfalls ein Notbehelf oder eine Ergänzung.Kommen wir zum Praxistest:Die Fingerlinge sind KOMPLETT aus Silikon. Inklusive der (relativ weichen) Noppen. Der Sitz ist gut = fest. Ein Wechsel wird vom Anbieter nach 12 Wochen empfohlen.Im direkten Vergleich mit der (beidseitigen = ein Seite schmal, eine Seite flächig angeordnete Bürsten) Hundezahnbürste fällt auf, dass die Noppen weicher sind als die Bürsten. Im Zweifel gut fürs Zahnfleisch, allerdings auch sanfter zu Zahnbelägen. Im Wortsinn spürbarer Vorteil der Fingerlinge: der direktere, sensiblere Kontakt.Geübt im fixen Umgang mit der Bürste ist der Fingerling insofern gewöhnungsbedürftig, als dass dieser samt tragendem Finger mehr Platz zwischen Zahnreihe und Lefze benötigt, was den Zugang zu den hinteren Zähnen schon etwas umständlicher gestaltet. Vermutlich reine Übungssache?Womit ich abschließend - aus eigener Erfahrung - beim größten Hindernis für eine gute Zahnhygiene wäre: Motivation und Geduld (nach einem langen Arbeitstag) der Halter... ;-)U.U. für den Einstieg hilfreich: Möglichst ein "Spiel" draus machen, geeignete Hundezahnpasta verwenden. Ggf. vorübergehend auch Leberwurst aus der Tube.So oder so: Die Fingerlinge sind empfehlenswert. Unbedingt einen Versuch wert.Und ersparen ggf. im fortgeschrittenen Hundealter viel Ungemach und Kosten als Folge vernachlässigter Zahnpflege.

    Die Canosept Hundezahnbürsten lassen sich vergleichsweise leicht anwenden. Die Zahnbürsten sind aus Silikon und passen sich so ideal dem Finger an, sind aber so auch flexibel im Hundemaul. Ich hatte es zuvor schon mit einer Zahnbürste und einem Fingeraufsatz aus Kunststoff bei meinem Rüden versucht und auf massiven Widerwille gestoßen.Mit der jungen Hündin habe ich jetzt diese Silikon-Fingerbürsten ausprobiert und schon beim ersten Versuch war ich ziemlich erfolgreich. Die Kleine stört sich kaum daran, dass ich ihr die Zähne putze. Ich verwende (noch) keine Hundezahnpaste, da mich auch hier mein Rüde gelehrt hat, das das contra-Produktiv sein kann, da die Hundezahnpaste meistens mit Aroma versehen ist und der Hund dann nur noch lecken will.Fazit: Die bisher beste Hundezahnbürste die ich hatte. Das weiche Silikon macht die Verwendung für den Hund und mich angenehm, zudem wird die Bürste gut akzeptiert.
