    Ich bin einfach nur sprachlos vor Begeisterung! Das PURE LIVING INTE... Steingut Geschirrset ist das schönste Geschirrset, das ich je besessen habe. Es hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen.Was mich neben der tollen Qualität und Funktionalität besonders begeistert:* Das Design: Das mediterrane Design in Grau ist einfach atemberaubend! Es ist modern, zeitlos und verleiht meinem Esstisch eine elegante Note. Jedes einzelne Teil ist ein Kunstwerk für sich.* Die Vielseitigkeit: Mit 36 Teilen ist dieses Set perfekt für 12 Personen und bietet alles, was man für ein komplettes Menü benötigt. Egal ob Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen, dieses Geschirrset ist für jeden Anlass geeignet.* Die Haptik: Das Steingut fühlt sich hochwertig und robust an. Man merkt sofort, dass es sich um ein langlebiges Produkt handelt.Und jetzt kommt der Clou: Bei meiner Lieferung gab es leider ein kleines Problem. Einige Teile des Geschirrs waren leicht beschädigt. Ich war natürlich etwas enttäuscht, aber dachte mir, ich frage mal beim Kundensupport nach. Und was soll ich sagen? Ich habe am Samstag um 22 Uhr geschrieben und hatte innerhalb weniger Minuten eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Antwort! Der Support hat sich sofort um mein Problem gekümmert und mir eine Lösung angeboten. Das nenne ich Kundenservice!Ich kann das PURE LIVING INTE... Steingut Geschirrset wirklich jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem stilvollen, hochwertigen und langlebigen Geschirrset ist. Es ist ein absoluter Hingucker auf jedem Esstisch und hat meinen Alltag bereichert. 5 Sterne mit Sternchen!

    Das ist heute angekommen. Kurz zu den derzeitigen Fakten:+ Verpackung: TOP Verpackt ... ich bin wirklich begeistert davon.+ TOP Lieferung: Die Verpackung mit Inhalt gesamt hat ein großes Gewicht, wurde direkt vor die Tür geliefert.+ Geschirr an sich: Wow Qualität, sieht super aus, Gewicht auch super, so verrutschen die Teller schwerer.- Kann ich noch nichts sagen. Aber gebe ein Update, sobald es ein "-" geben sollte ;)Alles in allem kam das Geschirr Schadlos bei uns an (Hätte mich auch gewundert, bei dieser genialen Verpackung) und die Habtik ist super. Farbe wie abgebildet und alles Top.Aus jetziger Sicht empfehlenswert.Werden es aber testen (Geschirrspülertauglich, etc)

    Das Geschirrset sieht wie auf den Bildern sehr edel aus und ist gut verarbeitet. Preis-Leistung passt hier optimal. Trotz der etwas höheren Ränder passt es ohne Probleme in die Spülmaschine. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch den Kundenservice. Obwohl das Set sehr gut verpackt ist, kam es auch bei mir zu Transportschäden (1 Teller kleine Absplitterung und bei 2 weiteren Teilen leichte Schleifspuren auf der Oberfläche). Es liegt ein Zettel bei für Reklamationen. QR Code gescanned, per Whatsapp Fotos geschickt, innerhalb 1 Stunde war die Reklamation durch und 6 Tage später die markellose Ersatzware zu Hause. Besser geht Aftersales nicht! Alle Daumen hoch!

    Warum nicht jemanden mit diesem (tollen) Set eine Freude machen?!Wir haben ein 36tlg. Set in Petrol gekauft und verschenkt.Die Freude war riesig, doch die Ernüchterung kam leider schnell.Nach dem Auspacken waren mehrere Teile nicht in Ordnung. Teilweise waren sie verkratzt oder wiesen Materialfehler wie Lufteinschlüsse, fehlende Farbe oder Beschichtung auf. Da hier von einem sehr guten Kundenservice berichtet wird, haben wir uns an diesen gewendet. Anfangs war auch alles super. Wir haben uns schnell und unkompliziert auf eine Ersatzlieferung einigen können. Diese sollte in ca. einer Woche bei uns sein. Es verging die Zeit, doch auch nach drei Wochen war leider immer noch nichts bei uns angekommen, weshalb wir uns wieder an den Kundenservice meldeten, bisher vergebens. Keine Reaktion mehr auf die Nachrichten, kein Ersatz.Leider ist bis heute die versprochene Ersatzlieferung nicht bei uns eingetroffen und ein Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer ist nicht mehr möglich.Wir haben uns jetzt dazu entschieden dieses Set zurückzusenden.Um in Zukunft solche schlechten Rezensionen zu vermeiden, sollte mehr in eine Qualitätskontrolle investiert werden.Die Ware ist optisch gut, qualitative mit vielen Mängeln.In allem leider sehr enttäuschend.....Nachtrag 25.01.2025Nachdem wir diesen Beitrag verfasst haben,meldete sich der Kundenservice erneut bei uns und war sichtlich bemüht unser Anliegen zufrieden zu stellen.Die versprochene Ersatzlieferung kam mit etwas Verspätung an.Alles in allem doch noch gut ausgegangen.Vielen Dank an den Kundenservice!VG
