Sehr empfehlenswert
Für mich als Anfängerin von Akpressur gleich mal super positiv überrascht. Tat sehr gut. Gleich mal eingeschlafen und sehr erholt und schmerzfrei aufgewacht. Was will man mehr.
Glanzstück gibt der Matte den richtigen Namen!!!
Ich habe mir diese Matte bestellt, da bei mir ein lumbaler Bandscheibenvorfall diagnostiziert wurde!!! Anfangs tat es mir ziemlich weh in bestimmten Regionen beim drauflegen. Aber inzwischen hat sich mein Rücken daran gewöhnt und empfinde die Zeit auf der matte als die pure erholsame Therapie und die wohltuende Wärme , ist einfach nur schön und sehr angenehm!!!

Großartiges Produkt, großartiger Support!100 % Empfehlung!Die Matte ist sensationell gearbeitet und tut richtig gut. Leider habe ich mein Kabel verloren, und auch hier gab es umgehend eine großartige Lösung, und eine sofortige Rückmeldung und Übermittlung des Ersatzteils. In Zeiten wie diesen leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit, daher eine ehrliche Empfehlung, solche Unternehmen sollen weiter Rolemodells bleiben und sind jeden Cent wert!

Wenig Akupressurwirkung aber in Kombi mit Wärme ok.
Die Akupressurwirkung ist recht gering durch die eher stumpfen Spitzen. Daher mehr für Anfänger geeignet. Die Kombination mit der Wärme ist eine gute Idee, die so trotzdem zu etwas Entspannung führt. Die Wärmeleistung entspricht aber bei Weitem nicht der Herstellerangabe von 70 Grad in 10 Minuten. In 15 Minuten heizt die Matte auf etwa 46 Grad laut internem Sensor auf. Mehr als 55 Grad auf der Anzeige werden auch nach 50 Minuten nicht erreicht. Die gefühlte Wärmeleistung ist auf höchster Stufe gerade ausreichend. Die Angaben des Herstellers sind hier irreführend. Zudem sind die Nähte ziemlich minderwertig verarbeitet, was laut anderen Bewertungen seit Jahren bekannt ist aber noch immer nicht geändert wurde. Sehr schade bei dem hohen Preis. Trotzdem 3 Sterne für die entspannende Wirkung.
sofortige intensive Entspannung von Nacken und Rücken
Ich habe zum ersten Mal eine Akupressurmatte ausprobiert. Ich bin erstaunt wie schnell und intensiv mein Nacken / Rücken entspannte als ich mich auf diese pieksige Matte legte. Ich hätte auch nicht geglaubt, dass ich diese wirklich "scharfen" Noppen aushalten würde, aber es ist aushaltbar und wie gesagt von der Wirkung her bei mir sehr gut.Die dazugehörige "Nackenrolle" war dann doch etwas unangenehm und ohne liege ich mit dem Nacken auch mehr auf der Matte auf. Die Wärmefunktion nutze ich zu Beginn und schalte sie später aus, weil es mir sonst zu warm wird und die Akupressur- Noppen ja auch schon eine intensive Wirkung haben. Da ich durch meine Arbeit oft und starke Verspannungen habe, probierte ich auch noch eine Shiatsu- Massage- Matte aus, aber die Matte wirkt weniger entspannend als diese Akupressurmatte. Ein Shiatsu Nackenmassagegerät (Donnerberg) dagegen kann ich auch zusätzlich empfehlen. Das kann man individuell über den ganzen Rücken verwenden und ist auch wirkungsvoll.
