Erstklassiger Service und Support
Im März 2025 habe ich den Rechner gekauft. Preis und Leistung waren sehr gut. Leider habe ich im August 2025 festgestellt, dass das DVD-Laufwerk defekt ist. Das kann nun mal passieren. Aber was ich dann vom Service erlebt habe, hat mich regelrecht begeistert.Ich habe per Mail das Problem geschildert. Schon am nächsten morgen war eine Antwort mit einer berechtigten technischen Frage zur Unterstützung da. Frage beantwortet und am selben Tag wurde eine perfekte Lösung angeboten und Behebung angestoßen. Ohne Diskussion wurde ein neues DVD-Laufwerk geschickt. Wie gesagt, meinen großen Dank und Respekt für die Leistung der Support-Abteilung.
Low quality offer
This returned and refurbished pc was very disappointing. It had very old connections; the adapter I was encouraged to buy in order to be able to attach an hdmi cable was the wrong type. Then, after struggling to add a wireless keyboard and mouse, I discovered that the pc came with no WiFi or Bluetooth adapter. One app I tried to install did not run...it was then I concluded that it had to go back
ein PC mit vielen Möglichkeiten
Der PC arbeitet schnell und zuverlässig mit seiner 1TB SSD der Marke GMR (Arbeitstemperatur konstant 45°C). Auch für Foto- und Videobearbeitung gut geeignet. Der Einbau einer zweiten Festplatte (ich habe eine 2TB 3,5" HDD eingebaut) ist ohne Problem möglich, der PC ist problemlos zu öffnen. Verschiedene Systemkonfigurationen und auch der Einbau weiterer Geräte ist dank der zahlreichen verschiedenen Anschlusskabel im Inneren möglich. Für weitere Festplatten ist jedoch eine Montagehalterung (5,25") erforderlich. Für diejenigen, die ein PC-Innenleben schon etwas kennen, kein Problem.Nachteil: das GMR "Handbuch" ist etwas dürftig ausgefallen, es besteht nur aus einem Flyer, der gerade einmal die Anschlüsse der Rückseite sowie die Bedienung auf der Vorderseite anzeigt. Auch im Internet habe ich keine ausführlicheren Hinweise, Anleitungen oder Beschreibungen gefunden.
Gutes Gerät
Läuft, wie er soll. Leider ohne jede nähere Beschreibung, alle Kabel sind schwarz ummantelt und ohne Kennzeichnung. Nachrüstung ( z. Bsp. 2. Festplatte ) fast ohne Info's unmöglich.
Kein echtes Windows 11
Nicht kaufen! Es handelt sich um kein echtes Windows 11 prof. sondern nur ein schmutziges Windows 10 das mit schmuddeligen Tricks auf Win 11 migriert wurde. Ein Funktionsupdate (geplant für die 2. Hälfte 2026) ist damit nicht möglich.Die Rückabwicklung und Rückerstattung durch Amazon war problemlos.

Meine Bewertung zum GMR Ultra i7 Business Office PC
Die Konstruktion des Gehäuses ist sehr Instabil, da hier sehr dünnes Blech verbaut wurde. Ebenso die Verschraubungen am Gehäuse und der fest verbauten Komponenten, wie Netzteil und DVD/ CDROM Laufwerk, sind von schlechter Qualität. Preis i.m. E. für das Produkt ein wenig zu hoch. Ansonsten läuft der Rechner.

El ordenador funciona correctamente ,pero según la imagen traía un usb de wifi / bluetooh ,que no ha llegado con este envío. El Windows 11 pro esta en alemán ,se pueden cambiar a Español .

Gmr is een duitse leverancier/fabrikant niet goed controle doet van de juiste pc samenstelling/verzending naar de klant toe.In mijn voorbeeld een i7 besteld,en een i5 toegezonden gekregen?!Ik las al dit bij nog mensen is gebeurd.Dit had voorkomen kunnen worden.
Verkeerde geleverd!
Als ik had gekregen wat ik had besteld, was ik ongetwijfeld enthousiast geweest. Maar op de doos die binnenkwam stond dat deze 16GB RAM had en SSD 512RAM, dus gewoon de verkeerde doos verstuurd. De retourprocedure is gestart inmiddels, maar ik wil de origineel bestelde computer graag opnieuw bestellen, alleen wil ik zeker weten dat ik dan de computer krijg die ik gewoon had besteld met 32GB RAM en SSD1000GB.
