Nachdem unsere alten Regenschirme von Knirps kaputt gegangen waren, hatte im März 2024 mehrere Regenschirme von Royal Walk in verschiedenen Farben für die ganze Familie gekauft.Die Schirme machen mit ihrem Holzgriff, der stabilen Konstruktion und der Öffnungs-/ Schließ- Automatik auf Knopfdruck einen sehr wertigen Eindruck.Kurz vor Ablauf der Garantiezeit im Januar 2026 bemerkten wir, dass sich an einer Spitze der Stoff gelöst hatte (siehe Foto).Ich habe daraufhin über die Amazon Webseite dem Kundenservice von Royal Walk eine Nachricht und das Foto geschickt. Weniger Tage später kann die freundliche Antwort, dass ich eine beigefügte Garantiekarte aktivieren müsse, um dann einen neuen Regenschirm zugeschickt zu bekommen.Gesagt getan: heute, etwa eine Woche später, habe ich per DHL einen nagelneuen Regenschirm von Royal Walk zugeschickt bekommen.Vielen Dank für diesen sehr guten Service!
Katastrophe - Bloß nicht kaufen!
Der Schirm hat bereits nach der zweiten Nutzung nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. Die Schließ- und Öffnungsfunktion ist unterirdisch. Das Schließen ging nach dem zweiten Mal bereits nicht mehr, da musste ich den Schirm manuell schließen. Und das Zusammenschieben ist derart schwer, dass ich mir immer eine Wand suchen musste... Ok, dachte ich, das kann ich ertragen. Das Öffnen ging dann aber wenig später auch nicht mehr richtig, der Schirm fuhr zwar noch aus, aber ich musste ihn dann auch wieder manuell so hochschieben, dass er auch offen blieb. Nun habe ich den Schirm ca. 10 mal benutzt und er ist im Eimer. Er lässt sich weder schließen noch öffnen, er ist mit ausgefahrener Stange stecken geblieben und es ist nichts mehr zu machen. Ich habe dann eine Reklamation versucht, was auf Amazon offensichtlich nicht möglich ist. Wenn die Rückgabefrist abgelaufen ist, hat man einfach Pech gehabt, eine Rücksendung ist nicht mehr möglich. Ich habe dann versucht, den Verkäufer zu kontaktieren - offensichtlich in England..., wo ich im Live Chat gelandet bin. Eigentlich eine gute Sache, sollte man meinen. Aber ich habe nach 2 Stunden immer noch keine Hilfe bekommen und die automatische Übersetzung ist so derartig katastrophal, dass man auch Chinesisch schreiben könnte... Ich habe es dann auf Englisch versucht, aber auch immer noch keine Antwort. So, jetzt sitze ich auf einem kaputten Schirm, den ich wegwerfen kann. Für den Preis eine Frechheit. Mein 3,95 EUR Schirm von dm hält schon 5 Jahre, mein Knirps, den ich davor hatte, hat über 10 Jahre gehalten. Ich bin fassungslos und kann nur vom Kauf abraten. Ich frage mich auch, warum es immer eine Automatiköffnung geben muss. Diese Mechanismen sind von Natur aus anfällig, die gute alte manuelle Technik hält ewig. Leider muss man hier mindestens einen Stern vergeben, sonst hätte dieser Schirm 0 Sterne von mir bekmomen.
Ürün fiyat dengesi çok iyi
Ürün oldukça kaliteli, dikişleri, mekanizması sağlam gözüküyor. Ortalama bir ağırlığı var, hafif diyemeyiz, ağır da değil. Açılma ve katlanma güzel. Ahşap tutamağı şık. Tavisye ederim. Kullandıkça da görmek lazım, bir problem olursa yazacağım.

Très bien, la couleur est belle. Il est assez grand ! Je l'ai essayé ce jour par fort temps de pluie.Le parapluie s'est retourné sur lui-même, mais il y à une façon de bien le tenir pour que ça n'arrive pas. C'est quand même noté "anti retournement" !!!Sinon rien à dire. Il à l'air solide au niveau du manche ! La pochette est équipée d'une fermeture éclair. À voir dans le temps !

Jag kommer att skriva en recension när jag provat det.Det är också väldigt svårt att öppna och stänga. Det har en stark spark. Kanske är det okej tills jag vänjer mig.Ja, paraplyet är lite tungt. I live in the Netherlands. This means not only rains but often rain with a strong wind. Last weekend I was walking along the beach on Scheveningen and was caught by the rain with pretty strong wind. Was no problem for this product. I am amazed. This umbrella is just ideal thing for this country.Key points:- Large enough for a couple. You could wish it to be larger under the strong directional wind but .. this case demands something that will definitely not fit into small city bag. For its surface size this umbrella is really compact.- Good durability vs weight balance.- Great feature against the strong wind. Upper and lower parts of the umbrella have some space between the layers where wind can escape ... but the rain cannot. Perfect for the windy environment.- Light reflecting stripes - really nice in the environment where amount of bikes is bigger than amount of people.- Large enough handle but its mounting does not make the umbrella bulky when being carried.- Zipper on the umbrella case. Makes all operations simpler.Small 'wish it would be better' things:- I have bad sight so button that is not so visually different from the space around it... could have some different colour. But over time you stop looking at it.
