Super Produkt
Habe im Doppelpack gekauft. Sehr gut geeignet für Kinder die gerade trocken werden, da muss dann nicht alles komplett abgezogen werden in der Nacht und das Beste natürlich ist, dass die Matratze verschont bleibt.Die Gummibänder an den Enden sind sehr elastisch und passen locker über Matratzen über 20cm Höhe.Würde ich immer wieder kaufen. 😀
Erfüllt die Erwartung
Funktioniert, man kann drauf schlafen, zumindest hat es die erste Nacht gut überlebt und ist nicht unter dem Matratzen/ Bettlacken verrutscht. Ich habe es aber bei der Bestellung mir etwas Dicker und stabiler vorgestellt, überraschenderweise ist dieser Matratzenschoner ziemlich dünn, so ähnlich wie Folie und oben drauf irgendwie eine Stoffbeschichtung. Fühlt sich auch beim drauflegen auf die Matratze einwenig wie Folie an. Man hört so ein leichtes knistern wie bei einer Folie, fühlt es aber nicht wirklich so an.
Passform gut, die Hauptfunktion enttäuscht, aber erstklassiger Kundenservice!
Die Bewertung mit zwei Sternen spiegelt wider, dass das Produkt zwar einige positive Eigenschaften hat, aber bei seiner Kernfunktion leider nicht überzeugt. Passform: Der Schoner passt sehr gut auf meine Matratze (160x200) und verrutscht dank des Rundumgummis nicht so sehr. Anbringung: Das Beziehen ist einfach und unkompliziert. Wasserdichtigkeit mangelhaft: Das ist der Hauptkritikpunkt. Die beworbene "wasserdichte" Eigenschaft funktioniert nicht zuverlässig. Bei minimaler Flüssigkeitsmenge hält er dicht, bei einem echten "Malheur" (wie einem umgefallenen Getränk) geht die Nässe durch die Membran auf die Matratze über. Das ist ein klares Versprechen, das nicht eingehalten wird. Materialanmutung: Das Material fühlt sich etwas plastikartig an und erzeugt ein leichtes Raschelgeräusch, wenn man sich im Bett bewegt, was den Schlafkomfort minimiert. Haltbarkeit: Nach einigen Wäschen (laut Anleitung) zeigen sich erste Ermüdungserscheinungen an der Beschichtung. Fazit: Als einfacher Matratzenschutz (gegen Staub, Abrieb) ist das Produkt in Ordnung. Sobald es um zuverlässigen Wasserschutz geht, versagt es. Da dies für mich das Hauptkaufargument war, kann ich keine bessere Bewertung geben. Es gibt definitiv bessere, wenn auch teurere, wasserdichte Alternativen am Markt, auf denen man auch viel bequemer liegen kann.Update: Erstklassiger Kundenservice – Hier ist der Kunde noch König! Nach meiner ursprünglich eher kritischen Rezension hat sich der Verkäufer von sich aus bei mir gemeldet. Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von der Professionalität und Hilfsbereitschaft, die mir hier entgegengebracht wurde. Vorbildliche Reaktion: Der Verkäufer hat sich nicht nur aufrichtig für meine negativen Erfahrungen entschuldigt, sondern mein Feedback auch konstruktiv aufgenommen, um das Produkt und die internen Abläufe zu verbessern. Das sieht man heutzutage leider nur noch selten. Faire Lösung: Besonders lobenswert finde ich, dass mir proaktiv eine vollständige Erstattung angeboten wurde. Das ist absolut fair und zeigt, dass das Unternehmen hinter seinen Kunden steht und an einer langfristigen Zufriedenheit interessiert ist. Fazit: Auch wenn das Produkt beim ersten Mal nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat, verdient der Kundenservice volle 5 Sterne. Wer hier kauft, kann sich darauf verlassen, dass man bei Problemen nicht im Regen stehen gelassen wird. Ein absolut vertrauenswürdiger und professioneller Shop!

In regards to comfort, this mattress protector is excellent and very high quality. The size covers the mattress and the elastic corners is excellent and very easy to fit in a the bed. Ne ho comprati due. Li uso ormai da un anno. Li ho lavati in lavatrice e vengono bene. Gli elastici agli angoli permettono di bloccarlo bene al materasso e, anche se chi ci dorme si muove molto, non si sposta. Direi: perfetto.
