Wir haben uns bei einem Problem an den Kundenservice gewandt, welcher uns auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit helfen konnte und das Problem gelöst hat.Wir können das Gerät nur weiter empfehlen !
Broken after 3 months - no response from seller
The product worked just fine until it didn't anymore after about 3 months.When I first contacted the seller I got an immediate response. After describing the problem I was asked to use another charger to make sure the problem lies within the product. In which case I would receive a replacement.I tried 3 different chargers after checking them by connecting the chargers to my phone first.I reported the test results and I never got an answer.Now I'm left with the broken product and the resulting decision only to by products sold by amazon in the future.Apparently that's the only way to make sure to not have any trouble returning a product.
