Vielfältiges Lebensmittelzerkleinerungsgerät
Bin bis jetzt zufrieden, habe aber auch noch nicht viel damit gemacht. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell, das Zubehör ist sehr vielfältig. Leider auch einzeln in Folie verpackt. Ich habe mich beim Öffnen eines der Plastiktütchen und durch dieses hindurch direkt an einer Klinge geschnitten - sie sind wirklich sehr scharf!!!Benutzt habe ich bisher nur das Gitter, mit dem man kleine Würfel machen kann, das funktioniert ganz gut. Je härter das Lebensmittel ist, umso mehr Kraft muss man aufbringen, damit der Deckel vollständig runter gedrückt wird und das gesamte Schnittgut durchgeht. Mit Gurke ging es super, mit roher Karotte weniger, habe es aber hinbekommen. Das Ergebnis: perfekte gleichmäßige kleine Würfel. Der mitgelieferte kleine Kamm ist perfekt, um Reste aus dem Gitter des Deckels zu kratzen, er passt genau zwischen die Rillen.Grundsätzlich ging alles recht flott, am Ende ist aber auch mehr zu reinigen. Ob man wirklich Zeit dabei spart, ist fraglich - aber so ordentlich bekomme ich nichts von Hand gewürfelt! Erwähnen möchte ich noch, dass der Deckel locker auf dem Behälter aufliegt. Schön wäre also noch ein luftdichter fester Deckel bei dem Zubehör, aber das tut dem Nutzen des Geräts keinen Abbruch!Fazit: bin ganz zufrieden damit und werde es für größere Mengen auf jeden Fall verwenden.

Einfach mega. Auch dicke Möhrenstücke schneidet er perfekt ohne dass irgendwas anschließend verbogen ist. Nun gehen die schnippelarbeiten richtig zügig und man kann sogar noch Aggressionen abbauen. Ich liebe ihn

Schneide Fläche zu klein
Die schneide Fläche ist viel zu klein.
Gemüseschneider
Positiv ist das viele Aufsätze bei dem Gemüseschneider dabei sind. Und das ein Einsatz im Behälter. Negativ ist der kurze Hebelweg und das der Aufsatz zum unteren Behälter nicht richtig verankert ist und somit beim schneiden abhebt. Das ist sehr nervig.Ansonsten nicht ganz so wertig wie mein Vorgänger Modell. Aus diesen Gründen habe ich ihn zurück geschickt.

This mandoline slicer is very sharp and works exactly as you would expect. The quality of the blades is more than sufficient and it handles vegetables with ease. It comes with a huge number of attachments, almost too many, and the only drawback is that there is no way to store them all within the unit itself. You will need to find a place to keep the extra parts.That said, it has every accessory you could want in a slicer and chopper, and for the price the value is excellent. A very handy kitchen tool.
