    Ich liebe diese Teller. Ich habe die Suppenteller zusammen mit flachen Tellern im Rahmen eines günstigen Angebots erworben und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Teller sind wirklich sehr schön und auch von guter Qualität. Diverse Spülgänge wurden bereits problemlos überstanden. Guter Kauf!

    Super tolles Geschirr. Sehr massiv und zugleich auch schwer vom Gewicht.Tolle Maserung und auch in verschiedenen Farben erhältlich.Bei unserer Lieferung waren zwei Teller beschädigt, welche nach unserer Reklamation zeitnah ersetzt wurden.

    Schöne Teller mit kleinen Macken

    Wir haben insgesamt 2 x 6er Teller Sets bestellt, also insgesamt 12 tiefe Teller. Leider waren über 50% der Teller (7 Stück) mit Mängeln. Glasurfehler, Kratzer, Blasen, Glasurschäden, Risse unter der Glasur. Wir haben den support kontaktiert und man bot uns 50% Rabatt an. Das hat für uns allerdings wenig Sinn gemacht, da wir ja nun intakte Teller wollten. So hat man uns letzten Endes kulant und problemlos Ersatz für die beschädigten Teller zugesendet. Auch diese weisen Kratzer in der Glasur auf, wenn auch weniger tief als in der ersten Lieferung. Da ich die Teller bestellt habe als sie im Angebot waren Frage ich mich ob ich B-ware erhalten habe, aufgrund der hohen Anzahl von Mängeln. Vermutlich muss man bei den tiefen Tellern immer mit Kratzern rechnen. Wir haben die Ersatzteller dann trotzdem behalten, auch wenn ich finde dass der Preis keine Mängel rechtfertigt, auch nicht der Angebotspreis.Insgesamt sind die Teller grundsätzlich sehr schön, der Support war schnell und sehr freundlich. Wie Kratzer in die Glasur Innenseite kommen können ist mir noch schleierhaft denn die Teller kamen gut verpackt an und zwischen jedem Teller befand sich eine Pappe zum Schutz. Also muss es wohl irgendwo bei der Produktion passiert sein.Also alles in allem, tolle Teller, wenn auch mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Aber der Support ist wirklich schnell und hilfsbereit.
