    Quick tips for enjoying the best of 3D virtual reality helmet. 1. All virtual reality experiences require videos/games in 3D split-screen format left-right. You can easily get them by downloading apps from the App Store / Google Play etc. Simply search for "VR" in the App Store, you will find different free apps to choose from, choose an excellent (e.g. YouTube / Veer / Fulldrive / inCell VR. Search results may vary from region to region). 2. Place your phone in the middle of the VR headset holder to avoid blurred image or eye fatigue (align the separation line of the split screen with the center line of the VR headphone tubes). 3. Put the VR helmet on your head and adjust the strap to find the most comfortable position to secure the VR headphone well on your head. 4. Adjust the pupil distance and distance of the object until you get a clear image. We recommend you adjust one eye first and then the other; a slight adjustment of the position of the headset on your face also helps to get the best view as the VR headphone works best when both eyes, VR lenses and phone screen are aligned correctly. 5. In addition, your eyes need some time to get used to it, so please allow some time for this. 6. Lie down on a sofa by gently pushing your head around approx. 15 degrees upwards.
