    Excellent quality. Really good value for money. My old one wasn't as thick as this, so it's much better. Great that carrying strap is included, so when it's not in use you can fold it and store it properly. Highly recommend.

    This Yoga mat is a good size, and longer than many others. For a standard yoga session it is a perfect mat, as it offers a soft surface and good surface area. I would not recommend it for Hot Yoga. The nature of the material means that sweat stays on the surface making it slippery and requires frequent wiping.The mat is large, and cannot be rolled up to fit into or on a normal sized bag or rucksack. It is therefore not one for the commuter or someone who does not have a car. Offers good value for money for a beginner.
