A nice set, when not broken.
The figures were in good condition and looked stunning. The board also looked good but was broken. One edge was completely severed from the rest. I tried to get ahold of the customer service to replace the board and got no answer. With the board and the figures comes a card which says 30 days guarantee - which is of no use if the customer service does not answer. I send the board back through the Amazon customer service.The shipment was in the original carton of the chess set - not even good support for the board - so no wonder it got a crack. Beware of that if you plan to buy one, it could come broken.
Acceptable quality and good value for the money
This is a luxury item with acceptable price and overall a good value for the money, but the very final refine touch and spotless point of quality is missing obviously and that is why I give 4 stars. But this will do the job and I reemphasize that this is a great value for the money.
