    Der Wasserkocher ist nicht nur optisch sehr schön, sondern auch akustisch - das Geräusch beim Wasserkochen an sich ist jetzt zwar nicht besonders leise, aber das kleine Plong beim Einschalten und beim Erreichen der eingestellten Temperatur ist ein sehr angenehmes Geräusch und mal was anderes als das teilweise aufdringliche Gepiepse bei anderen Wasserkochern. Die Dauer zum Kochen von 1 Liter Wasser beträgt 3:05 min. Der Deckel öffnet sich weit genug, dass man mit einer großen Hand gut in die Öffnung mit 7,2 cm Durchmesser zum Reinigen kommt. Das Stromkabel, das am Boden der Basisstation aufgewickelt werden kann, ist mit 77 cm Länge für mich ausreichend lang. Die Außenseite des Wasserkochers wird heiß, was mich aber nicht stört, da ich ihn nur am Griff anfasse.

    Bei einem solch hohen Preis wird dieses Gerät sicherlich nicht nur wegen der Funktion des Wasserkochens gekauft, sondern vor allem auch, weil es ein schickes Design-Objekt ist.Das Problem bei meinem Wasserkocher: Er ist zwar, wie bestellt, in Empire Red, aber eben nicht hochglänzend, so, wie er auf allen Abbildungen dargestellt wird, sondern seidenmatt. Ich habe bereits 3 andere Geräte von Kitchenaid, alle in Empire Red, Hochglanz. Ein viertes Gerät in gleicher Lackierung hätte sich sehr gut in das Ensemble eingefügt, und genau das war auch mein Wusch. Dieser Wunsch wurde leider nicht erfüllt.Und ganz ehrlich, hätte ich vorher gewusst, dass der Wasserkocher im Aussehen nicht exakt dem entspricht, was auf allen Abbildungen zu sehen und somit auch zu erwarten ist, hätte ich ihn NICHT gekauft!

    Wo soll ich anfangen. Das Positive: Material fühlt sich sehr wertig an.So, nun meine Tirade:- Metallgehäuse - es wir extrem heiß, da ist Kunststoff deutlich im Vorteil- der Griff ist mir zu groß, so dass der Schwerpunkt des Wasserkochers zu weit weg ist, damit wirkt das zu schwer- der Füllstand ist hinter dem Griff versteckt, es ist dunkel und man hat die Hand davor - lässt sich dadurch kaum ablesen- die Einfüllöffnung ist relativ klein, daher recht unpraktisch- der Knopf für den Öffnungsmechanismus ist mitten im Deckel, keine Einhandbedienung möglich- der Startknopf zum kochen ist recht klein seitlich an der Basis - wenn man den Wasserkocher nicht voll hat und mit einem Finger drücken will, dann schiebt man auch mal den Wasserkocher einfach über die Theke- auf den nervigen und vor allem sinnlosen Ton kann ich verzichtenAlles in allem: sieht gut aus, ist aber maximal unpraktisch. Finde ich für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit.

    Habe nach einem schönen Wasserkocher mit Temperaturanzeige gesucht. Die anderen hatten alle die Temperaturanzeige auf dem Dock mit Touch oder am Griff.Wollte einen Kocher, wo man die Temperatur immer eingestellt lassen kann. Der Regler war ein großer Pluspunkt.Der kleine Button zum Start ist gut. Hier hätte ich mir jedoch einen gewöhnlichen Schalter gewünscht, wie bei meinen alten Wasserkocher.Zwei Punkte, den Wasserstand kann man beim Einfüllen schlecht ablesen.Den Deckel muss man am Deckel mit Knopf öffnen. Hier finde ich es praktischer, wenn der Knopf am Henkel ist, sodass man den Kocher einhändig benutzen kann.Die Einmündung oben ist schmäler als herkömmliche Wasserkocher.Abzug wegen sehr teuer. Habs mir auf 10 Jahre schön gerechnet. So lange hatte der alte gehalten.

    Parfait. de très bonne qualité et contrairement aux modele 1,5 (celui plus petit, look vintage et thermomètre), celui là n'a pas l'intérieur en plastique. Car l'autre, est en plastique à l'intérieur. Donc si vous cherchez un intérieur inox, celui là l'est. Je recommande
