Sclecht und noch schlechter
Würde den Artikel nie wieder kaufen, nach zwei Mähvorgängen ist die Vorderachse gebrochen,Rücklieferung unmöglich,da Verkäufer sich nicht meldet. Auch Amazon wartet hier die Rückgabefrist ab. Und auf eigene Kosten ist es viel zu teuerAlso sehr schlechter Verkäufer, nie wieder
Erstaunlich gutes und preiswertes Produkt
Saubere Ausführung, tolle Leistung, E-Start und Radantrieb sehr vorteilhaft. Tank eher zu klein für die installierte Leistung, öfteres Nachfüllen reduziert den Zeitvorteil durch die hohe Leistung teilweise.Qualität o. k. , Dauerhaltbarkeit noch nicht bewertbar.
2 Tage früher als angekündigt,sehr netter Fahrer
Die 2 Pakete kamen überpünktlich .Alles war vollständig und unbeschädigt.Der Fahrer half meiner Frau beim hereintragen von der Straße.Da wir noch kein Transportmittel bereitgestellt hatten und auch gerade kein "Trinkgeld"zur Hand war: noch einmal vielen Dank an den Fahrer.Der Zusammenbau war einfach und mit etwas technischem Verstand selbsterklärend.Ein erster Einsatz verlief zufriedenstellend.Beide Startmöglichkeiten funktionieren gut.Das Starten per Knopfdruck macht einfach nur Spaß.Bei trockenem Wetter und nicht allzu hohem Schnittgut erzielte der Heckauswurf ein super Ergebnis.Der Korb wurde sehr voll und die Fläche war sauber abgeräumt,einzig am Korb fehlt hinten ein zweiter Griff.Dadurch wäre das Entleeren erheblich einfacher.Die verschiedenen Fahrstufen waren für uns der ausschlaggebende Kaufgrund.Die langsame erste Fahrstufe ist bei unserem Untergrund eine riesige Erleichterung.Die etwas schwächliche Befestigung der Holme am Gehäuse erscheint mir durch das doch etwas höhere Gewichtdes Mähers als nicht sonderlich langlebig.Die Räder sind ausreichend und passen durch ihre Größe auch gut zum Gesamtkonzept.Der erste Test wurde gut bestanden.Die Messlatte liegt bei uns sehr hoch.Der letzte Mäher tat 10 Jahreseinen Dienst auf ca.2000qm mit teilweise nicht so leichtem Gelände.
Kein erreichbarer Kundenservice!
Nach drei Starts mit dem Anlasser ist der Magnetschalter defekt! Ist kein Problem dachte ich, wendest dich an den Kundendienst.Es ist ja eine Münchner Firma. Habe aufgegeben,denn nach mehreren Mails die nicht beantwortet werden und mehrmals tägliche Anrufe und das jeden Tag über Wochen ist niemand erreichbar.Was soll man von den Kundenservice halten!

Top Rasenmäher
Das Paket war in 2 Stücke verteilt und die Lieferung war in 3 Tagen da. Mit der beiliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung wird vom Aufbau bis zur Handhabung alles verständlich erklärt. Wenn man nicht 2 linke Hände hat ist die Montage einfach zu bewerkstellen. Der erste Mähvorgang ist hervorragend gelaufen. Kein scheppern oder vibrieren wie ich schon gelesen habe, denke mal das waren Montagefehler. Erhöhter Benzinverbrauch war nicht festzustellen. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann den Rasenmäher nur weiter empfehlen. Sollte die nächsten Monate irgendetwas kaputt gehen oder sonstiges passieren melde ich mich nochmal, aber ich denke wenn man die Wartungen macht (so wie im Handbuch beschrieben), steht nichts im Wege über Jahre ein sehr gutes Produkt gekauft zu haben.
