    sehr guter Filter, Wasser schmeckt viel weicher

    Verwende den Wasserfilter nun seit rund 2Monaten und bin begeistert. Das Wasser schmeckt viel weicher und ist sehr angenehm zu trinken. Die Reinigung ist sehr einfach. Alles tadellos.

    Das Gerät wurde am 29. März gekauft. Zunächst funktionierte alles und wir waren zufrieden. Im Juli reagierte die Taste manchmal erst, wenn das Gerät an das Ladegerät angeschlossen wurde, obwohl es vollständig aufgeladen war. Dieses Problem trat immer häufiger auf. Im August musste es ständig ans Ladegerät, sonst war das Gerät nach zwei Stunden komplett leer. Wir haben es gestern weggeworfen, weil es sich überhaupt nicht einschalten lässt. Ich habe den technischen Support nicht kontaktiert. Wo immer ich bei Amazon klicke, finde ich keine Option, jemanden von Philips bezüglich der Garantie zu kontaktieren. Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Kauf: Das war Geld- und Zeitverschwendung…

    Der Filter in sich ist super Optik und praktikable. Als er geliefert würde hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Aber dann müsste den Filter ungefähr 2 Monate später wechseln. Seitdem funktioniert nicht mehr Trotz Aufladen. Hat ständig rot geblinkt ist den ganzen Nacht angesteckt geblieben trotzdem hat nicht geklappt. Bis jetzt geht nicht mehr, dass ich neue Filter kaufen muss. Also lieber Finger davon weg. Ich habe bei Philips Seite versucht Hilfe zu holen. Ohne Erfolg. deswegen kein Elektriker kaufen ganz normal ist besser und erleichtert das Leben

    Gerät Super und Passt perfekt in die Kühlschranktür.Die dritte Kartusche die hier sehr oft als fehlend dargestellt wird befindet sich in der Pappe der Verpackung unter dem Gerät.Ist etwas gut eingearbeitet in die Pappberpackung.Jederzeit wieder TOP zufrieden!

    I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in a purchase. I don't usually even write reviews let alone bad reviews but this one shocked me. I bought the pitcher 3 times and had to return it 3 times. The item I receive is different from the one pictured and from the one I saw on everybody's reviews. Not only that but it simply does not turn on no matter how long I charge it. All 3 of them the same issues. I've been dealing with this, back and forth, the entire week. I tried contacting Philips and their reply is just to send it back, no further assistance in case I'm not manipulating it right. I watched countless videos to try and find a solution but they all relate to the model I initially bought that they aren't sending me. So I will be sending it back, yet again. I find it very confusing how they cannot manage to send me the model I order... And if it's related to the country I'm in, then I don't see how it's difficult to disclose that or at least inform me when I contact you instead of the one liner. Big disappointment.

    Je suis absolument ravi de cette carafe filtrante Philips Water Instant. Sa capacité généreuse de 3 litres est parfaite pour toute la famille, mais le vrai miracle, c'est sa vitesse : on obtient une eau propre et savoureuse **en quelques secondes seulement**. Plus besoin d'attendre de longues minutes que l'eau coule goutte à goutte comme avec les carafes traditionnelles !Le système avec les 3 filtres Taste+ est d'une efficacité redoutable. On sent tout de suite la différence au goût : le chlore et le plomb sont drastiquement réduits, ce qui rend l'eau super agréable à boire, tout en préservant les bons minéraux essentiels à la santé.C'est un investissement indispensable pour dire adieu aux packs de plastique tout en prenant soin de soi.
