    Ein wunderschönes Geschirr , mit Liebe gefertigt.Die Verpackung des Geschirrs einfach der Wahnsinn.Zwei Teller haben kleine Fehler und die große Schale einen Kratzer .Sofort wurde mir geantwortet und mir mitgeteilt, dass neues unterwegs wäre .Was ein Service.Wow. 🥰Wenn ich was beanstanden kann , dass es wirklich manchmal blau schimmert . Dachte es wäre alles richtig grau .Aber trotzdem … sehr schön .Werde ich weiterempfehlen.Danke 🫶

    Ich habe das Service 12teilig bestellt. Es wurde schneller geliefert, als angegeben. Alle Teile waren nicht kaputt.Lediglich bei 2 Tellern ist die Glasur nicht ganz so wie sie sein soll. Aber für mich noch kein Grund hier großartig zu reklamieren.Service schaut sehr schön und wertig aus. Die Spülmaschine hat das Set überlebtIch würde es wieder bestellen

    Sehr schönes Set. Alles dabei was man braucht. Qualitativ hochwertig und ein echter Hingucker.Außerdem ein sehr sehr hilfreicher Support. Auch über WhatsApp erreichbar und ALLES klärbar innerhalb von kurzer Zeit.Ebenso muss man erwähnen, das alle Waren doppelt eingepackt und für den Vetsand deshalb mehr als sicher sind.Würde immer wieder auf die Waren von pure living zurückgreifen.

    Das Set sieht tatsächlich im Original besser aus, als auf den Bildern. Sehr schwere Qualität. Hervorzuheben ist aber auch der vorbildliche Service der Firma. Es waren bei der Lieferung durch DHL ein paar wenige Teller/Schüsseln beschädigt. Es ist halt Steingut. Es liegt der Lieferung ein Infoblatt bei, mit einer WhatsApp-Nummer. Innerhalb weniger Minuten wurde für mich die Nachsendung der Austauschteller veranlasst. Ein absolut vorbildlicher Service. Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit dem Kauf.

    Qualitativ wirklich hochwertige Teller und als wäre das noch nicht genug, steckt hinter dem Händler ein Kundenservice, dem man am liebsten mehr als fünf Sterne geben würde.Eine Reklamation lief völlig unkompliziert über WhatsApp, und keine zwei Tage später waren die Ersatzteller bereits bei uns. Schneller, freundlicher und professioneller geht es kaum.Die Teller selbst sind schön schwer, fühlen sich sehr wertig an und machen optisch richtig etwas her. Sie wirken robust, elegant und alltagstauglich zugleich.Fazit: Top Produkt, außergewöhnlicher Service; eine Kombination, die man heute leider viel zu selten erlebt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

    Articles super bien emballé. Reçu en 1 seul morceau !Hyper ravi du rendu. La qualité à l'air dingue.Le seul hic, la couleur n'est pas aussi prononcé mais ça reste très joli.

    Le service est plutôt Joli et de bonne qualité.Par contre dans un carton intacte il y avait 3 grandes assiettes cassées.Dommage, dans l'attente de la réponse du vendeur.
