      Das Produkt war als persönliches Geschenk gedacht und die Idee dahinter – das "Lexikon-Design" für Werder-Bremen-Fans – ist wirklich originell. Der Druck des Textes und des Trikots sieht optisch auch gut aus.Leider lässt die Qualität der Ausführung stark zu wünschen übrig:Mangelhafte Verarbeitung: Oben links an der Kante ist das Acrylglas unsauber verarbeitet und sieht unschön aus.Erheblicher Schaden: Besonders ärgerlich ist ein langer Kratzer bzw. Riss (Bruch), der sich von der oberen Mitte komplett bis nach ganz unten durch das gesamte Produkt zieht.Bei einem personalisierten Geschenkartikel, der rein vom optischen Eindruck lebt, sind solche Mängel absolut inakzeptabel.Vorsicht beim Kundenservice: Der Verkäufer weigert sich nun, den defekten Artikel umzutauschen oder zu erstatten, mit dem pauschalen Verweis darauf, dass der Artikel "personalisiert" sei. Dass das Produkt bereits beschädigt und mit Produktionsfehlern geliefert wurde, wird einfach ignoriert. Kundenservice und Qualitätskontrolle sehen anders aus. Keine Kaufempfehlung!
