Nicht Waterproof
Sehen super aus. Ja, sie machen ein paar Geräusche beim Laufen, stört nicht - aber Waterproof? Absolut nicht. Zweimal für einen 15-Minuten Spaziergang bei Regen getragen, beide Male komplett nasse Socken/Füße.

They are a comfortable fit
Excellent shoes
These shoes fit me very well. I wear them to walk and to do strength training. Just perfect. They are designed in a way that they are more durable than Brookes, which are also very comfortable. Brookes you will notice has all cloth mesh for the toe box. These Merrills have something like a plastic band around the toe area...hard to describe...but the Merrills are reinforced in the high-wear and tear area. After three pair of Brookes wore out in the exact same toe area, while the rest of the shoe remained intact, I have switched to only buying Merrill for the durability and very comfortable.

I really loved these shoes at first. They were comfortable right out of the box, fit perfectly and looked nice. Then they tried to kill me. Despite being WATERPROOF shoes, they are incredibly slippery on wet surfaces. I purchased for a hiking trip in Costa Rica but the moment I stepped onto the wet ground in these shoes my feet flew out from under me. I ended up having to wear my slip on skechers which somehow had better traction. Cannot return because they have been worn so now I'm just out $100+. Do not buy unless you live in the desert.
