Very nice light weight jacket
This is a very lightweight jacket. I bought medium (I’m 155 cm and weigh 60kg), and can comfortably wear a light hoodie underneath. When for a walk in light rain this morning and it was fine with repelling the rain. It was 16 degrees C this morning and I was comfortable with a t-shirt underneath but it was getting a bit warm by the end of my walk. There are two good sized zippered side pockets (no chest pocket, no internal pockets) that are made of mesh, so I expect they will tear before too long (I use my pockets a lot). Overall, this is a good lightweight jacket, that works well for light rain. Not sure how it will stand up in a downpour (I expect not well), and if you want to use this with layers underneath (like in colder weather) you may need to size up.

Not waterproof
I spent a great deal of time researching a lightweight breathable waterproof jacket to take with me to Costa Rica in August which is the rainy season. I couldn't afford the best recommended so I bought this one. Soaked for entire trip. Even with a tank top underneath not breathable. Would not recommend
Athletes: do not size up
Great quality rain jacket - lightweight and packable yet sturdy enough to be durable. Some reviewers are advising to size up - I found the fit in my regular size to be plenty big, with room for layers underneath. I am 5'10", 130 pounds and am usually size small; the size small I ordered in this jacket was perfect and even roomy. Do not size up if you have an athletic build. I especially appreciated that the arms were long enough even in size small.
Zipper is tiny and fragile
UPDATE:Ongoing issues with the zipper and it actually broke in April 2026 - waste of money.I will change my rating.This jacket is comfortable, lightweight and functional in wet weather, but the zip is super small, fiddly and will not hold up long term wear. I’ve already had the zip pull apart at the bottom and I cannot believe this is the right size zipper for an adult jacket. My child is 10yrs old and his rain jacket (teal) has a zipper massive in comparison I posted a picture of both zippers, my jacket is the purple one. As a while the zipper brings down the whole quality of this jacket, I’m disappointed.
