Kordel mit Farbfehler
Leider habe ich einen fehlerhaften Hoodie erhalten. Die Kordel war ungleichmäßig gefärbt und der Farbfehler deutlich sichtbar. Daher musste ich den Artikel zurück senden
Mangelhafte Verarbeitung ( Einzelfall ??? ).
Ware sah beim Empfang einwandfrei aus aber nach 2 -maligem Nutzen löst sich das Teil ( schlecht eingefasst bzw. eingenäht )., das man in den Zip des Reißverschlusses einfügen muss, um diesen zu schließen.Ware so nicht weiter nutzbar. Warte auf die Reaktion / Ersattung des Verkäufers.
