    Nutze dieses Pad eine Weile zum Schutz sensibler Stellen nach einer OP. Kann ich sehr, sehr empfehlen. Alle anderen Pads verursachten leider aus verschiedensten Gründen Schmerzen.

    Ich schaeme mich nicht dafuer, dass ich nicht mehr ganz dicht bin so wie frueher, aber diese Pads sind sehr gut geeignet die ‘letzten Tropfen die aus dem Hahn nachkommen’ aufzufangen. Somit gibts keine Urinflecken mehr auf der Hose die man, wie Mr Bean, ‘verstecken’ muss. Das ist naemlich peinlich, und nicht das Tragen von einem Schutz.Zum Produkt: sie sind groesser als gedacht, doch sie sind gut durchdacht, und das Gemaecht ist gut platziert. Dank des Klebestreifens verrutschten die Pads nicht.Ich persoenlich finde nicht, dass man merkt das Mann solch eine Einlage traegt. Unter einer Denim Jeans absolut unsichtbar.Es hat mich einige Studen gebraucht bis ich mich an die Einlage gewoehnt hatte, danach habe ich vergessen, dass ich sie trage. Sehr gut!Werde diese Pads erneut kaufen. Kamen in der ueblichen Amazon Verpackung, somit war der Inhalt nicht sichtbar. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

    AUSLAUFSCHUTZ? MITNICHTEN!

    Dieser Auslaufschutz von Hartmann ist ein Unding. Zehn dieser Pads hatte ich präventiv genutzt, aber immer rechtzeitig ein WC aufsuchen können. 4mal ging es allerdings wirklich in die Hose. Und dies meine ich wörtlich. Die Pads haben die wenigen Tropfen nicht aufgesaugt, sondern prima in die Unterhose und Hose weitergeleitet. Also kein aufsaugender Auslaufschutz, wohl eher eine Transporteinlage in die Klamotten. Das geht überhaupt nicht, zumal der Preis für eine derartige Qualität eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit ist. Schade, denn die Fa. Hartmann stand früher immer für sehr gute Qualität. Und nein, ich bin kein Dummi, der nicht weiß wie Mann Inkontinenzpads benutzt/sicher anwendet.

    DieMoliCare MEN Pad 2 Tropfen Diskrete Inkontinenzeinlagen für Männer, Schutz bei leichter Blasenschwäche, Sofort-Trocken-Gefühl, fortschrittlicher Hautschutz, Taschenformstanden da im letzten Monat, zusätzlich zu den "üblichen" Pants Produkten zur Amazon Rezension via Vine zur Verfügung.Anders als die "wie Unterhosen" Inkontinenzprodukte ist dieses hier da schon alleine von der Produktformgebung deutlich weniger aufnahmefähig.Bei einer wirklich nur leichten Tröpfelinkontinenz wäre dieses Produkt hier grundsätzlich von der Saugleistung her ausreichend.Allerdings hat diese Taschenartige Formgebung einen entscheidenden Nachteil.Männliche primäre Geschlechtsmerkmale gibt es da ja in 2 grundsätzlich unterschiedlichen Versionen; Sogenannte "Blut"- bzw. "Fleisch"-Penisse.Für leicht inkontinente Männer mit dem ersteren Typus ist diese Vorlage hier nicht wirklich geeignet. Es gibt bei einem Blutpenis schlicht weg im "Normalzustand" im Alltag wohl vielfach viel zu wenig an "Material" was man da in diese Taschenform dort einbetten könnte so das der Harnröhrenausgang dort zuverlässig rundum von Saugfähigem Material umgeben ist.Im ungünstigsten Fall rutscht der Penis aus der Taschenhülle heraus und liegt dann völlig frei dahinter und verlierende Tropfen gehen so durch die Unterhosen.Da wäre statt dieses Taschenform als leichtere Inkontinenz Produkt Alternative, wenn es denn ein saugfähiges Einwegprodukt sein soll, ggf. das Pad Produkt ASIN: B0DH5PVDQM vom gleichen Hersteller hilfreicher. Da ist der Saugbereich flach eher wie ein Periodenpad Produkt für Frauen aber halt etwas breiter in der Form für die männliche Frontanatomie.Bei Männern mit "Fleischpenis" wo die Abmessungen auch in Alltagssituation schon voluminös sind und dort kaum noch Längenveränderungen stattfinden im Fall der Fälle mag diese Taschenform hier ggf. geeignet sein. Insgesamt finde ich diese Formgebung hier aber auch dann nicht ideal.Keine Kaufempfehlung.Bei wirklich nur leichter Problematik wäre dort ggf. sogar ein wieder verwendbares, Produkt wie die Waschbare Inkontinenz Pants von Carer [ ASIN: B0DPJSFY68 ] das Hilfsmittel der Wahl. Bei geringer Tröpfelproblematik reicht deren Saugfähigkeit total aus. Und sie fallen halt nicht auf weil kein zusätzliches saugfähiges Material "lose" in der Hose eingelegt wird.

    They're alright but the the display of 5 liquid drops, to indicate the absorbency level, is in no way similar to the 5 liquid drops - Level 3 - indication for the men's pads of that company who's name sounds similar to 'tenner'. These would be equal to the absorbency capacity of that other company's '3 liquid drops' - level 1 - pads. Having stated that, these are useful in the more limited absorbency capacity that I am now wised-up about, so don't expect them to be a good substitute for the efficiency level of those other pads that I have alluded to. I thought that the larger capacity was going to be the case when I ordered them, but they can only deal with lighter leakage problems.Eamonn
