Insgesamt schön-teils kaputt
Das Design,die Qualität sind hervorragend.Leider waren in der Lieferung 2 zerbrochene Dessertteller enthalten.Statt das gesamte Service zurücksenden zu müssen, habe ich den Verkäufer lediglich um Ersatz der beiden Teller gebeten. Eine Antwort steht noch aus.Aktualisierung :Das Problem wurde schnell und effizient gelöst, Ersatzteller werden geliefert.Hinzufügen möchte ich unbedingt, daß die Ware gut verpackt war,was wohl für den Transportdienst nicht gut genug ist.Der fehlende Stern in der Bewertung stellt keine Kritik am Produkt und dem Verkäufer dar,sondern am Transport- und Lieferdienst.

Very beautiful pieces. Unfortunately, two big plates were broken when we opened the box....If two substitutes could be sent to the same delivery address, this would be great.
