    Rezension: Layenberger 3K High Protein Müsli – lecker & sättigendIch habe das Layenberger 3K High Protein Müsli nun mehrfach probiert und bin wirklich begeistert – vor allem, wenn man auf eine eiweißreiche Ernährung achtet und dabei nicht auf Genuss verzichten will.Geschmack & Konsistenz:Das Müsli schmeckt überraschend gut für ein Proteinprodukt! Es ist knusprig, hat eine angenehme Süße (nicht zu künstlich oder übertrieben) und die verschiedenen Sorten – z. B. Schoko oder Beeren – bieten geschmacklich richtig viel Abwechslung. Man merkt, dass hochwertige Zutaten verwendet wurden.Nährwerte:Mit einem hohen Eiweißanteil (aus drei Proteinquellen – daher „3K“) ist es perfekt für den Muskelaufbau oder einfach als sättigendes Frühstück/snack. Der Zuckergehalt ist niedrig, was ich persönlich sehr schätze. Ideal für Low-Carb-Phasen oder eine bewusste Ernährung.Sättigung:Ich esse eine Portion morgens mit Joghurt oder Milch, manchmal auch als Topping auf Quark – und bin damit wirklich lange satt.     Es hat mir leider überhaupt nicht gefallen, sehr pappig und geschmacklos. Ich ess gern zuckerarm, dass ist ok, aber sämtliche anderen Anteile schmecken kaum und im Mund wie Pappe. 2 Sterne für den hohen Anteil an Protein.

    Müsli mit viel Eiweiß und niedrigem glykämischen Index. Der letztere ist nur meine jahrenlange Einschätzung. Tatsache ist, ich es zu Hause immer vorrätig, weil an einigen Tagen passt es perfekt zum Tagesanfang. Ich persönlich liebe auch den Geschmack aber für einige könnte er als zu wenig zuckerig oder viel "eiweißig" vorkommen.
