Super preisleistung diese Jeans, gemütlich und sitzt sehr gut fällt allerdings bei mir etwas größer aus musste sie zwei Nummern kleiner bestellen ansonsten Top habe gleich eine weitere bestellt.

Hat meine Schuhe beschädigt
Ich möchte eine Beschwerde zu einer TOM TAILOR Herren-Jeans einreichen, die ich über Amazon erworben habe.Gestern habe ich die Jeans erstmals getragen. Bereits nach dem ersten Tragen musste ich feststellen, dass der Stoff stark auf meine neuen weißen Schuhe abgefärbt hat. Die Schuhe sind nun deutlich blau verfärbt.Ich habe mehrfach versucht, die Verfärbungen zu entfernen und die Schuhe gereinigt bzw. gewaschen. Leider ohne Erfolg – die blauen Flecken lassen sich nicht mehr entfernen. Dadurch sind meine neuen Schuhe dauerhaft beschädigt worden.Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, da ich bei einer Markenjeans nicht damit gerechnet habe, dass sie bereits beim ersten Tragen in diesem Ausmaß abfärbt und andere Kleidungsstücke bzw. Schuhe beschädigt.Ich bitte Sie daher um eine Stellungnahme sowie eine angemessene Erstattung für den entstandenen Schaden. Gerne kann ich Ihnen Fotos der verfärbten Schuhe, der Jeans sowie den Kaufnachweis zur Verfügung stellen.
