Der Bauchtrainer ist schnell geliefert.Es funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich habe Übungen damit gemacht. Am nächsten Tag habe ich schon im Bauchbereich gespürt, dass ich trainiert habe. Sehr gut.Die zwei Halterungen zum Liegestützen habe ich noch nicht probiert. Eigentlich brauche ich sie nicht, aber gut, dass die dabei sind. Die zwei Trainingsbänder sind zwar nett, aber für mich unbrauchbar, weil die kaum Widerstand haben beim Ziehen.Ich gebe die Bänder meiner Frau. ;-)Top-Produkt

Hier sind meine Erfahrungen:Positives:Vielseitiges Set: Das Set bietet neben dem Bauchroller auch Liegestützgriffe, Fitnessbänder und eine Kniematte – ein praktisches Komplettpaket für das Heimtraining.Rutschfeste Griffe: Die Griffe liegen gut in der Hand und bieten sicheren Halt während des Trainings.Kompakte Größe: Der Bauchroller lässt sich leicht verstauen und ist somit ideal für kleine Räume oder für unterwegs.Effektives Training: Der Bauchroller beansprucht nicht nur die Bauchmuskulatur, sondern auch Schultern, Arme und Rücken – ein vielseitiges Trainingsgerät.Negatives:Material wirkt nicht sehr stabil: Der Bauchroller fühlt sich leider nicht besonders robust an. Besonders bei intensiver Nutzung oder höherem Körpergewicht besteht die Sorge, dass er brechen könnte.Fitnessbänder sind dünn: Die Widerstandsbänder wirken ebenfalls etwas billig und könnten schnell ausleiern oder reißen.Kniematte zu dünn: Die mitgelieferte Kniematte bietet nur wenig Polsterung, sodass sie für harte Böden oft nicht ausreicht.Fazit:Das EnterSports 6-in-1 Bauchtrainer-Set bietet eine gute Auswahl an Trainingsgeräten zu einem fairen Preis.
