Flexibility: High: The more flexibility in the midsole and outsole, the better you can move naturally. Whether jumping or planking, the laser-cut outsole gives you more flexibility. In addition, we have rounded the area around the big toe for more mobility and speed during jerky movements. Stability: High: The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it gives your stand. A combination of coordinated support and targeted cushioning gives you a secure feeling with every step. We added more foam in the heel to improve stability during training. Excellent training shoes
I’ve used these for strength training and short cardio sessions, and they’ve been fantastic. They offer great stability during weightlifting while still being flexible enough for movement exercises. The cushioning is comfortable, and the shoes feel lightweight. They also look stylish enough to wear outside the gym.
Excellent All-Around Gym Shoes
I’ve been using the Nike Free Metcon 6 for two weeks now, and they’ve been fantastic. The grip feels perfect and secure on the foot, making them great for HIIT workouts and weightlifting. They also perform really well for short-distance treadmill runs. Overall, a versatile and comfortable pair of gym shoes — I’m still testing their long-term durability, but so far, I’m very impressed.

Sehr weicher und leichter Schuh.Auch super geeignet für Personen mit breiteren Füßen.Ich hatte lange nach Alternativen zum Adidas Nmd r1 gesucht und diese kommen von der Bequemlichkeit sehr nahe. Größe passt auch entsprechend also wenn ihr bei Nike oder Adidas 46 habt dann könnt ihr bei dem Schuh auch die Größe 46 kaufen.
