Used item, not new, missing parts, and part of the order is missing

    1/5 · M.Blagoja

First of all, I assume that the manufacturer is not to blame here, but Amazon and its employees.Normally I don't write reviews, but this time I have to pay attention to what is being done.In addition to the fact that the product is useful, bland and unusable, I must mention that I did not receive the additional sponges and filters that I paid to come with the product, as well as the fact that the product was not packed in an Amazon box, but I received it in the original packaging. The pictures are attached, so you can conclude for yourself.

Toller Brunnen, leider Pumpe schnell defekt

    5/5 · Lara Ulsenheimer

    Sehr gut and gut qualität

    5/5 · Marcel Balcik

Very happy with our purchase after only FOUR DAYS!!

    5/5 · NT.Amunrud

We were pleasantly surprised to discover that our two male cats have fallen in love with this fountain just four days after it arrived. We had specifically bought it for our one cat, who had a penchant for drinking from the sink and rarely used their waterer. Although he still prefers the sink, he’s now happily drinking from the fountain as if it were flowing water. The increased water consumption of our cats is truly remarkable. The fountain is slightly larger than our previous waterer, and we’ve already had to refill it after just four days due to their increased thirst. The added bonus is that it provides filtered water! The pump and water flow are remarkably quiet, eliminating the annoying humming and the incessant “running water” sound that can be distracting. I also appreciate the lighted window, which allows us to easily monitor the water level and know when it’s time to refill. While we’re still in the early stages of using the fountain, I can’t comment on its durability. However, I would have appreciated a switch near the fountain that allows us to turn off the pump when cleaning or refilling the bowl. Currently, we have the fountain placed on the floor with the cord wrapped around our counter, connected to a short extension cord, and plugged into an outlet about eight feet away, tucked behind a small shelf. To turn off the pump, we either need to unplug the extension cord from the wall or unplug the fountain from the extension cord. This setup isn’t particularly user-friendly for our situation, but the numerous benefits of this fountain far outweigh this minor inconvenience.Overall, our boys are drinking more water, and they’re drinking clean water, which makes us very happy.

    Perfekt

Thumbs (paws) up from my cat

    5/5 · L Jones

I wasn’t convinced that my elderly cat would use this, but some friends’ experience with theirs gave me the confidence to try it out. After a few days of walking straight past it, my cat started using the fountain and we haven’t looked back. It works well, is virtually silent, easy to clean and refill. So far so good.

    Filters dont fit.

    1/5 · David K.

ATMZIQXR only make the one fountain and one set of filters, but the filters do not fit.
