    SEHR SCHÖNE KAFFEETASSEN, SEHR GUT VERPACKT, IMMER WIDER GERN EINKAUFEN.Das Service ist auch sehr gut Verpackt. Ein Speiseteller war nicht so wie es sein sollte aber mit Verkäufer Kontakt aufgenommen. Heute ist wie versprochen ein Ersatz Speiseteller sehr gut Verpackt angekommen. Einfach sehr gut Danke.

    I ordered 6 x green 360ml mugs. They are exactly what I wanted - nice size, modern looking and beautifully glossy so they enhance a smooth cup of coffee.Unfortunately, the paint was very patchy. They say "each piece is unique, and there may be slight variations in color and texture" but the difference between the mugs was so vast that it looked like they came from different sets.I contacted vancasso Customer Services and they have sorted everything out within 2 working days.Note that Amazon's customer service bot only offered me the option to return the whole lot for a refund. vancasso's website states that you should contact the seller first. However, I emailed support@vancassotableware.com and they sorted it all out for me.A bit of a faff but I'm very happy with the outcome and everything was sorted out quickly with no fuss.
