Ein Kauf den ich noch keine Sekunde bereut habe, macht einen super Job👍Akkuzeit ist in Ordnung, auch die Selbstreinigung ist eine zügige Angelegenheit. Akku wechseln zwischen den beiden Geräten ist kein Aufwand. Wir haben hauptsächlich Fliesen zu reinigen, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Kann das Gerät weiterempfehlen, Preis war zudem am Primeday natürlich super.

Ich habe nach langer Überlegung, und vielen abwägen mich für den Tinoco 7 Stretch entschieden.Der Nasssauger ist einfach Klasse und ich bin total begeistert. Der Accusauger ist bei dem Tenco 7 Stretch inbegriffen bräuchte ich nicht wirklich und ist für meine Zwecke nicht stark genug aber als vorreinigung für zu viel Tierhaare toller Ergenzung.Letztendlich hätte ich den normalen Tineco 7 oder 9 kaufen können aber im Großen und Ganzen bin ich mit der Entscheidung zufrieden und freue mich, dass dieses wunderschöne Gerät bei mir einziehen durfte.
Tolles Produkt, hervorragende Reinigung!
Ich habe den Tineco FLOOR ONE Switch S7 Stretch gekauft und bin wirklich beeindruckt! Es handelt sich um einen 2-in-1 Staubsauger und Wischmopp, der die Reinigung des Hauses zu einem Kinderspiel macht. Die Saugkraft ist ausgezeichnet und er nimmt sogar schwierigen Staub und Schmutz problemlos auf. Das Wischsystem funktioniert ebenfalls super und hinterlässt die Böden glänzend und ohne Rückstände.Die Switch-Funktion ist genial: Ich kann ganz einfach zwischen Saug- und Wischmodus wechseln, was die Bedienung noch praktischer macht. Das Design ist modern und leicht, sodass er sich auch in engen Räumen gut manövrieren lässt. Die Batterie hält lange und lädt schnell wieder auf, sodass ich das ganze Haus reinigen kann, ohne unterbrechen zu müssen.Ein weiteres Plus ist der verlängerbare Griff, mit dem man auch schwer erreichbare Ecken und Bereiche problemlos reinigen kann. Die Tineco-App ist nützlich, um die Leistung zu überwachen und den Reinigungsfortschritt zu verfolgen, obwohl die automatische Funktion, die die Leistung je nach Bodenart anpasst, schon sehr praktisch ist.Zusammengefasst ist der Tineco FLOOR ONE Switch S7 Stretch ein Spitzenprodukt für alle, die ein leistungsstarkes, vielseitiges und einfach zu bedienendes Gerät suchen. Gute kalitet
Ich habe die 5+1-Version gekauft und fand sie überhaupt nicht nützlich. Sie hat nur eine Ladestation, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Der Akku entlädt sich während des Staubsaugens, und man muss 3-4 Stunden warten, bis er aufgeladen ist, bevor man ihn zum Wischen benutzen kann. Das war sehr unpraktisch für mich. Ich möchte das Produkt zurückgeben und stattdessen zwei separate Versionen kaufen – einen separaten Staubsauger und einen separaten Wischmopp. Mit dem Produkt an sich war ich zufrieden; es hat mir gefallen. Ich überlege nur, mir die Wischmopp-Version zu kaufen. Ich habe das Produkt am 12. März zurückgeschickt und noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten. 🤷♀️
Garantiefall zum kotzen
Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht vom Kundenservice von Tineco.Ich hatte einen Garantiefall und mir wurde als „Lösung“ ein revidiertes Gerät mit 200 € Aufpreis angeboten. Dafür sollte ich mein defektes Gerät zuerst einschicken, danach würde mir ein Ersatzgerät zugesendet werden.Seitdem wurde ich jedoch mehrfach hingehalten. Es hieß immer wieder, es sei ein Missverständnis, und mir wurde versprochen, man würde sich noch am selben Tag melden – was nie passiert ist. Inzwischen erhalte ich gar keine Antworten mehr.Besonders problematisch ist, dass ich aktuell nicht einmal weiß, ob ich mein Geld zurückbekomme oder überhaupt ein Ersatzgerät erhalte.So ein Umgang mit Kunden im Garantiefall ist absolut nicht akzeptabel. Sehr enttäuschend.

Polyvalent, efficace et pratique
Avec 2 jeunes enfants, nous avons beaucoup cherché la bonne marque et le bon modèle pour remplacer notre aspirateur en bout de course, mais aussi pour se faciliter la vie pour le serpillage régulier.Nous avons profité d'une promotion TINECO et nous avons choisi le S7 switch pour pouvoir aussi passer un aspirateur classique sur les tapis. Le changement de moteur entre le balai aspirateur et le balai nettoyant est astucieux et facile.Nous l'utilisons depuis 2 semaines, et il est très convainquant. Le nettoyage à l'eau sur surface dure (parquet et carrelage) est très efficace et cela enlève complètement à la fois les taches et les petites saletés (il faut parfois deux ou trois allez-retour).L'auto tractage facilite la vie et il passe sous les meubles pas trop bas.Le nettoyage du réservoir à eau sale (qui sépare l'eau et les saletés dures) est facile, mais il ne faut pas oublier de rincer le bac (c'est normal et pas plus compliqué qu'un seau à serpillère), pour ne pas avoir d'odeurs.Enfin, la fonction auto nettoyante des rouleaux est très efficace mais assez bruyante. Il faut choisir le bon moment pour le lancer.Au bilan, nous passons le balai nettoyant deux fois plus qu'avant et la différence est assez visible (petite précision nous marchons souvent pieds nus dans la maison)...A voir la fiabilité dans la durée, mais il est évident qu'à ce prix c'est une des meilleurs alternatives disponibles sur le marché.

Tineco FLOOR ONE SWITCH S7 Stretch acquistato da pochi giorni, ma utilizzo solo l'aspirapolvere leggera e comoda per polvere e per le piccole cose che specialmente in cucina cadono giornalmente. La lavapavimenti/aspirapolvere usata una sola volta per pulire tutta la casa circa 90 mt/quadri con facilità e comodità, senza lasciare aloni. Perfetta la pulizia e il lavaggio della spazzola. Per ora 5 stella ma devo utilizzarla a pieno regime.
