Super Filament mit toller Holzoptik – sehr schönes Druckbild
Das Holz-PLA-Filament überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Die Drucke haben eine sehr schöne, natürliche Holzoptik, die deutlich hochwertiger wirkt als bei herkömmlichem PLA. Durch den hohen Anteil an echten Holzfasern sehen die fertigen Teile fast wie echtes Holz aus.Das Filament lässt sich problemlos verarbeiten. Der Materialfluss ist gleichmäßig, die Haftung zwischen den Layern ist gut und das Druckergebnis sauber. Auch längere Drucke liefen stabil und ohne Verstopfungen. Die Oberfläche wirkt angenehm matt und kann bei Bedarf sogar leicht nachbearbeitet werden.Besonders positiv ist das Bundle mit vier kleineren Spulen. So kann man verschiedene Projekte umsetzen, ohne direkt eine große Rolle anzubrechen. Für Dekorationen, Modelle oder kreative Anwendungen ist dieses Filament hervorragend geeignet.Fazit:Sehr hochwertiges Holz-PLA mit toller Optik und guten Druckeigenschaften. Ideal für alle, die besondere Druckergebnisse erzielen möchten. Klare Kaufempfehlung und verdiente fünf Sterne.

Holz-Sample Paket
Das Holzfaser PLA lässt super leicht drucken.Druckbild ist sehr gut, mit dem H2S von BambuLab.Generic PLA Profil mit einigen Anpassungen funktioniert auf Anhieb.Das Filament ist aber sehr steif und brüchig. Es muss zudem definitiv getrocknet werden.Gerne wieder.Auf dem Foto ein Benchy mit 0.16mm Layerhöhe und gedruckt mit einer 0.4mm Nozzle.
Gutes Druckergebnis
Schnelle geliefert und gut verpackt. Habe bis jetzt nur eine Farbe getestet und für einen Bosai einen Tisch gedruckt. Bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Optisch nicht ganz so holzig wie man meinen könnte da natürlich keine Maserung entsteht. Aber für dekorative Sachen mal eine Alternative.
Für mich nicht verwendbar (Stringing und Clogging)
Wie bereits ein anderer Rezensent aus den USA am 21. Januar 2025 beschrieben hat, ist das OVV3D PLA+-Filament leider kaum zu verwenden.Auch bei mir kam es zu clogging (Festsetzen des Filaments im Extruder) sowie starkem Stringing.Die ersten Drucke funktionierten zwar, aber obwohl ich das Filament unmittelbar nach dem Auspacken genutzt habe, waren die Ergebnisse enttäuschend: Der Druck war stark von Stringing übersät – ein typisches Anzeichen dafür, dass das Filament zu viel Feuchtigkeit aufgenommen hat. Die Folienverpackung wirkte vor dem Öffnen noch vakuumversiegelt, daher bin ich zunächst davon ausgegangen, dass Feuchtigkeit kein Problem sein sollte.Nach einigen Tagen trat dann ebenfalls clogging auf. Weder Anpassungen der Druckgeschwindigkeit (30–60 mm/s) noch Änderungen der Temperatur (205–220 °C) verbesserten das Ergebnis. Mit einer anderen PLA-Rolle von Amazon Basics, die ich noch hatte, funktioniert der gleiche Druck hingegen problemlos mit meinen Standardeinstellungen für PLA (210 °C Düse, 50 °C Heizbett, 60 mm/s).Daher scheint es für mich aktuell eher am OVV3D-Filament zu liegen und nicht am Drucker.Obwohl ich die Rolle in einer Trockenbox mit Silikagel gelagert und daraus auch gedruckt habe, werde ich das PLA+-Filament bei Gelegenheit noch einmal trocknen und anschließend erneut testen, ob es dann besser druckbar ist. Falls sich ein besseres Ergebnis ergibt, werde ich meine Bewertung entsprechend anpassen.

Irgendwas ist immer...
Grundsätzlich ist das ein schönes Filament, in der Praxis aber sehr zickig. Irgendwas ist eigentlich immer. Der Druck funktioniert beim ersten Mal gut, allerdings nicht mit den vorgeschlagenen Parametern. Ich drucke das erfolgreich mit 220°C Düsentemparatur. Dann fängt der Spaß richtig an. Nach dem Druck kann das Filament nicht zurückgezogen werden, es verklemmt sich im Extruder. Das passiert nach JEDEM Druck. Ich habe verschiedene Extruder ausprobiert mit dem immer gleichen Ergebnis. Also jedes mal Druckkopf auseinandernehmen, reinigen und den nächsten Druck starten. Die Verwendung im AMS ist ebenfalls nicht zu empfehlen, auch da kommt es zu Verstopfungen. Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass das Druckergebnis die Probleme beim Drucken nicht wettmachen kann. Ich werde dieses Filament jedenfalls nicht noch einmal kaufen.
