These are great party decorations. The fan style are super easy to put together. I did add some extra tape simply because I’ve used a similar style before and they came undone mid party. The tissue flowers are a little time consuming but look great once puffed. I wanted mine flat on the back. So I pulled the tissue paper from the front. They look so much better that way.
