    Das Geschirr ist hochwertig und sieht edel aus. Ein Teller kam leider beschädigt an aber der Kundenservice hat sofort und entgegekommend reagiert. Wir sind begeistert!

    Tolles Geschirrset, schön anzusehen und gut stapelbar.Man merkt jedoch hier und da den günstigen Preis. Nicht alle Teile sind von gleicher Qualität. Manche haben kleine Lacknasen oder innerliche "Mini-Dellen".Bei einem Speise sowie Dessertteller gab es leider nach ca. 2 Monaten Nutzung einen kleinen Riss, als etwas heißes darauf getan wurde. Hier kam uns der Verkäufer entgegen und schickt uns zwei Ersatzteller zu.In der Spülmaschine bisher keine Probleme gehabt.*Update 01.06.26*Wir haben heute die Ersatzteller erhalten. Da diese einzelnen Teller extra aufgrund der Garantie hergestellt wurden, gibt es 5* für den Verkäufer.

    Lieferung Ankunft alles super funktioniert. Kein Teller war kaputt. Sie schauen auch wirklich toll aus ABER die Teller wackeln beim schneiden und ich hasse so etwas. Man muss zentral in der Mitte sein Essen schneiden, dass sie nicht wackeln weil sonst bewegt sich der Teller ab so wie ein nerviger Tisch der nicht gerade ist.Ich weiß leider nicht, ob es sich hierbei um einen Produktionsfehler handelt aber ich find das echt nicht toll!!!

    Haarrisse in der Glasur - Top Kundenservice

    Wir haben das Paket zwei Mal gekauft und und sogar nochmal extra große und kleine Teller nachbestellt.Das Geschirr gefällt uns optisch sehr gut, wobei es schlecht in unsere Spülmaschine passt. Wir müssen immer ein Platz dazwischen frei lassen und es lässt sich schlecht in die einzelnen Spalten im Korb schieben.Damit können wir aber leben.Was sehr unschön ist, sind die vielen Haarrisse an der Geschirroberseite, die mit der Zeit immer mehr werden. Es betrifft nur die großen Teller. Mittlerweile sind 8 Teller betroffen und das ist ein schlechter Schnitt bei 18 Tellern insgesamt.Wenn man zuvor Tomatensoße auf den Tellern hatte, färben sich zudem die Risse orange, was erst nach mehreren Spülgängen wieder verschwindet.Die ersten Risse haben sich bereits nach etwa 4 Wochen gezeigt. Mega ärgerlich, denn wir sind extra weg vom Feinsteinzeug Geschirr, weil es da immer schwarze Kratzer vom Messer gab.Bei diesem Geschirr sind es keine Kratzer, sondern Haarrisse in der Glasur.Ich würde das Geschirr nicht noch einmal kaufen.Die Sterne sind für die Optik und den Preis.Nachtrag am 14.04.26:Nach meiner Bewertung hat sich der Verkäufer umgehend bei mir gemeldet und mir eine Rückerstattung oder einen vollständigen Ersatz angeboten.Da das restliche Geschirr die Haarrisse nicht aufweist, habe ich mich für einen Ersatz der 8 betroffenen Teller entschieden. Der Verkäufer hat mir nach der Klärung umgehend 12 neue Teller zugeschickt.Der Kundenservice ist wirklich super und ich hatte innerhalb weniger Tage 12 neue Teller im Schrank. Sehr bemühter und engagierter Verkäufer. Darum habe ich auf vier Sterne erhöht.

    Beau service mais certaines assiettes sont défectueuses. Il n’y a pas eu de contrôle qualité au départ usine car certaines assiettes comportent des traces de peinture qui ont coulé.
