Nachdem ich die Pfanne nun 5-6 mal benutzt habe, kann ich nur Positives berichten.Wärmeverteilung , Brateigenschaft , Haptik und Reinigung sind top.Für diesen Preis sogar hervorragend.Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Nicht für alle Induktionsherde geeignet
Der Edelstahlboden scheint sehr dünn zu sein, die Pfanne ist entsprechend leicht. Das mag für einige Anwendungen von Vorteil sein, unser Induktionsherd hat die Pfanne (in unserem Fall die kleine Variante mit 20 cm) aber leider nicht erkannt und daher auch nicht aufgeheizt.
Funktioniert nicht mit Induktionsherd
Optisch schön, aber eben nicht brauchbar. Funktioniert nicht auf Induktionsherd von NEFF. Offenbar ist der beschichtete Boden nicht für jeden Herd geeignet.

🍳 Endlich eine Pfanne, die auch für kleine Portionen perfekt ist!
Als Opa, der öfter mal spontan Frühstück für die Kleinen macht oder einfach nur für mich selbst ein schnelles Spiegelei brutzelt, war ich auf der Suche nach einer Pfanne in einer vernünftigen Größe, nicht diese riesigen 28er-Pfannen, bei denen man sich fragt, wozu man die Hälfte der Fläche überhaupt braucht. Die naturepan 20 cm hat sich als echter Glücksgriff erwiesen.Das Erste, was mir aufgefallen ist: die Beschichtung. Ich koche mittlerweile mit deutlich weniger Öl, und trotzdem rutscht das Spiegelei einfach so aus der Pfanne, ganz ohne Kleben oder Kratzen mit dem Pfannenwender. Nach einigen Wochen im Alltagseinsatz sieht die Oberfläche immer noch aus wie neu, keine Kratzer, kein Abblättern das kannte ich von anderen Keramikpfannen anders, die meist schon nach kurzer Zeit ihre Wirkung verlieren.Besonders schätze ich, dass keine PFAS, PTFE oder ähnliche Chemikalien verbaut sind. Wenn ich für mein Enkelkind koche, will ich einfach kein schlechtes Gefühl dabei haben, egal wie heiß die Pfanne wird.Der Griff ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Er bleibt beim Braten angenehm kühl, sodass ich nie nach einem Topflappen greifen muss – gerade wenn man mit einem Kind auf dem Arm in der Küche steht, ist das Gold wert. Dass die Pfanne zusätzlich bis 260°C backofenfest ist, habe ich schon für einen kleinen Auflauf genutzt – hat wunderbar funktioniert.Auch die Reinigung ist unkompliziert: Meistens reicht ein Wischen mit dem Küchentuch, und ab und zu wandert sie einfach in die Spülmaschine. Auf meinem Induktionsherd heizt sie zudem sehr gleichmäßig auf, keine Hotspots, keine ungleichmäßig gebratenen Ränder.Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Für zwei größere Spiegeleier gleichzeitig ist die Pfanne dann doch etwas knapp bemessen – wer öfter für mehrere Personen kocht, sollte sich eventuell eine zweite, größere Pfanne aus der Serie zulegen.Fazit: Für kleine Portionen, schnelle Gerichte oder als zweite Pfanne im Haushalt eine echte Empfehlung – gesund, pflegeleicht und alltagstauglich.

Decepcionante
Compré esta sartén hace dos semanas para hacer huevos revueltos y he seguido las recomendaciones de uso y limpieza indicadas por el fabricante.La imagen habla por sí sola. Se supone que es antiadherente, pero los alimentos se pegan muchísimo. Muy decepcionada con la calidad del producto. No la volvería a comprar.Actualizo la reseña para indicar que, aunque mi experiencia con la sartén no fue buena, el servicio postventa fue muy correcto y realizaron el reembolso íntegro sin necesidad de devolución.
Accroche trop
Accroche énormément. J'ai renoncé à l'utiliser car c'est tellement accroché qu'il faut un long trempage à chaque cuisson. J'ai tout essayé : un peu d'huile à bonne température, pas d'huile, bien faire chauffer. Rien ne fonctione.

Pay more for a nonstick black pan, without dangerous chemicals
