Schöne Optik, aber schlechte und billige Qualität
Schlechte Qualität – Folie löst sich nach nicht einmal sechs MonatenDer Tisch kam bereits mit mehreren Materialschäden, einem beschädigten Logo und Verschmutzungen bei uns an. Damals habe ich mich auf einen Preisnachlass eingelassen und den Tisch trotzdem behalten.Nach nicht einmal sechs Monaten löst sich nun an mehreren Stellen die Folie von der Tischplatte und es bilden sich weitere Blasen. Für einen Tisch in dieser Preisklasse ist das aus meiner Sicht eine völlig unzureichende Qualität.Statt eines unkomplizierten Austauschs wurde zunächst erneut nur ein kleiner Rabatt angeboten. Einen Ersatztisch wollte man erst nach Rücksendung des defekten Tisches verschicken. Einen passenden Karton sollte ich trotz der Größe des Tisches selbst besorgen und anschließend noch Maße und Fotos der Verpackung übermitteln.Am Ende habe ich entnervt einen weiteren Preisnachlass akzeptiert und werde den Tisch entsorgen. Ein Möbelstück, das nach wenigen Monaten bereits auseinanderfällt, kann ich nicht empfehlen. Auch die Reklamationsabwicklung war unnötig kompliziert und wenig kundenfreundlich.
