Super Matte für den Frühsport
Die Matte macht einen super Job.Sie fühlt sich gut unter den Füßen an und ist mit dem richtigen Equipment auch leicht zu reinigen. Die aufgedruckten Übungen laden zum morgendlichen Sport bzw. Stretching ein.Sie sollte auf keinen Fall mit Schuhen betreten werden, da man sonst die Symbole schneller abnutzt
Preis Leistung ist ok
Nach einer Woche an der frischen Luft ist auch der Geruch nach Chemie endlich weg. Sonst ist die Matte in Ordnung.

Die Matte ist als Gymnastikmatte in Ordnung.Verströmt aber einen sehr chemischen, üblen Geruch. Bei dem Preis vielleicht auch nicht anders zu erwarten.

Wegen chemischen Gestank leider zurückgeschickt
Eigentlich bin ich bei solchen Dingen nicht empfindlich, aber diese Yogamatte stinkt extrem stark (chemikalisch), was leider auf einen möglicherweise auch gesundheitlich kritischen Aspekt hinweisen kann. Selbst beim kurzen Anfassen stinken die Fingerspitzen und der Raum sowieso. Deshalb schicke ich den Artikel leider zurück. Siehe Foto(s): Es handelt sich möglicherweise um einen neueren Artikel, denn in den alten Rezensionen habe ich das nicht bemerkt.
Coole Matte, nur sehr dünn und hart
wir haben uns u.a. wegen den Aufdrucken für diese Matte entschieden. Was uns nicht so besonders klar war, das sie ziemlich dünn und auch sehr hart ist. Also kein wirklicher Ersatz für unsere alte Gymnastikmatte.Rutschfest ist sie wirklich, nur dauert es- wohl durch das harte Material- einige Zeit, bis sie nach dem Ausrollen aufhört, sich selbst wieder einzurollen.

Honestly pretty good
My very first yoga mat! The material is nice because it prevents the mat from moving under you or slipping around as you work. It's simple and basic, I use it for pilates. Once set down it doesn't move and you can just focus on your workout.Seems like more of a beginner's yoga mat, nothing fancy or advanced. The thickness seems okay, it's not heavy and it's easy to fold and unfold. Quality seems good.
Confort optimal dans l'utilisation
Le tapis est livré dans une housse dont je ne suis pas sure de la longévité dans le temps mais qui fera largement son usage de protection en attendant.Le tapis est assez épais et ce n'est pas toujours une bonne nouvelle pour les pratique d'équilibre. Mais sa surface est très adhérente, je n'ai donc eu aucun mal à pratiquer toute ma séance en restant dessus.L'épaisseur est aussi un atout pour les postures à genoux qui sont souvent douloureux sur une surface trop dure.Les lignes de placements sont utiles pour aller chercher les postures les plus justes. Par contre, les postures présentées à l'avant et à l'arrière du tapis sont plus à considérer comme de l'illustration plutôt que comme un objectif à atteindre.Contrairement à ce qu'on peut croire on peut se blesser en yoga, avant de pratiquer seul.e, il est toujours plus intéressant de prendre au moins quelques cours avec un professeur qui peut vous voir et donc soit vous corriger soit vous aider à adapter les postures à votre corps.Le tapis peut bien sûr être utilisé pour d'autres sport pour lesquels l'épaisseur et l'antidérapant du tapis seront là aussi des atouts.
