Faulty product. Neewer is having some serious quality issues. Better to go with NiceVeedi lights instead.

NOT THE MOST PERFECT NEEWER PRODUCT BUT WILL STILL GET THE JOB DONE!
Product arrived promptly and free of damage or defect.As a full time, photographer / videographer I have trusted the Neewer brand for over a decade now, as they do make quality products at super affordable prices. I already own a Neewer light panel identical to the ones included in this set, and love the soft diffused light it provides me, great for product shots... so I decided to grab this 2 pack with tripods and give it a try.PROS:+ Inexpensive+ You get two panels, second one could be used as fill light for example+ The light panels (as I expected) have lovely diffusion on them, giving a soft shadow.+ Comes with 2 detachable phone holders (useful for people who review clothes for example)+ Comes with two tripods (same usefulness as above but also for interviews, headshots etc)+ These panels consume very little power+ You can run them on power bank (no need for electrical outlet)+ 3 color temperature+ Several steps of light power output (up and down)CONS:- The weakest link are the tripods. They are of poor quality and feel cheap. Can they be used? Absolutely. Will they last a long time and take a lot of abuse? I am not so sure. I was frankly quite disappointed by the tripods. But then again look at the price point, and let's be realistic. What I disliked most about them is that they are a bit wobbly. They will still hold the lights just fine, but don't expect solid stands. The knobs also feel cheap and not so eager to tighten.- NO carrying case provided - and fragile as they might be these tripods would have greatly benefitted from some protection during travel (which is why I don't really recommend this set for shooters "on the go").- Light panels don't offer a lot of control over light temperature or power, just a few settings accessed via clicking (as opposed to turning a knob). Again, this is labeled as "BASIC" and priced accordingly. This set is not advertised as a top of the line product ;).VERDICT:For the beginner or the amateur on a super tight budget, this light set will still do the job very nicely. Probably best to keep it in a home studio rather than taking it on shoots as it might not fare well with repeated transport. Will perform well in some basic home studio scenarios. And the light quality is nice (soft shadows).~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~This review is an accurate assessment of this product at the time review was written. Neewer Basics for Content Creation
Whether you're a content creator or just need to ensure your room is well lit for a Zoom meeting, this set from Neewer is a great addition to your multimedia-making toolkit. Admittedly, I'm a big fan of Neewer all the way around, so I generally love their products. For the price, this is an excellent starter kit to get some decent lighting.I would definitely play around with the dimmers and the angles to get the exact look you want. With two lights and a flexible tilt action, you have the ability to do some experimenting to get a great effect. Neewer products are always well made; they use a sturdy plastic and metal frame, which means they're effective without being too heavy. Overall, I think this is a fantastic starter kit for social media content creation, or for anyone who needs a small, portable setup to take out into the field.
Great budget lights set for basic lighting
I’ve used quite a bit of Neewer gear over time, and it continues to be a solid, budget-friendly option. This two-pack LED light panel kit is no exception.I’m really happy with this set, especially because getting two lights at this price feels like a great deal. It’s nice to have the option to use them separately or together for better lighting coverage. Each light comes with its own accessories, so you’re not sharing parts between them, which makes setup a lot easier and more flexible.These lights are very straightforward to use. Nothing complicated, just plug in and adjust as needed. The panels are slim and fit securely onto the included tripods, which are lightweight and easy to move around depending on your setup.The lights themselves are adjustable in both brightness and color temperature, and they get surprisingly bright for how compact they are. They work really well for quick phone recordings, content creation, or even just adding some extra light to improve the overall look of a shot.Each tripod also includes a phone holder, which is a nice bonus.
