Hardware okay, Software und Support eine absolute Katastrophe!
Neuer Stand nach einem Monat Nutzung:Die Kameraeinstellungen setzen sich immer wieder spontan zurück. Gerätenamen, PTZ-Einstellungen, Guard-Points, Privacy-Zones und das Tracking fliegen nach einer Weile einfach raus. Das technische Support-Team versucht seit Wochen, das Problem mit Standardmethoden zu lösen – leider völlig erfolglos. Die Kommunikation ist träge: Man bekommt maximal eine Nachricht pro Tag, ein Live-Chat oder Telefonat ist überhaupt nicht möglich. Es liegt ganz offensichtlich ein tiefwiegender Software-Fehler vor, aber dem Support fehlt es hier schlichtweg an Fachkompetenz. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht und werde die Geräte zurückschicken. Echt schade, denn die Hardware wäre eigentlich okay, aber die Software und der technische Support sind eine einzige Katastrophe.Ergänzung nach der ersten Woche:Zwei von vier Kameras setzen ihre Einstellungen ständig zurück. Es ist unmöglich, deren Namen dauerhaft zu ändern oder die PTZ-Funktion festzulegen. Die anderen beiden funktionieren zwar noch, aber solche gravierenden Fehler sind in dieser Preisklasse absolut inakzeptabel.Weitere erhebliche Mängel im Alltagstest:Bewegungssensor & Aufnahmeverzögerung: Der Bewegungssensor ist nachts extrem unzuverlässig. Zudem beginnen die Kameras viel zu spät mit der Aufnahme. Meistens sieht man auf den Videos kaum noch jemanden, weil die Person schon weg ist. Stellt man die Qualität auf "Low", verringert sich zwar die Verzögerung, aber dann erkennt man die Gesichter nicht mehr.Software-Probleme: Die Standardposition der Kameras lässt sich oft nur ein einziges Mal definieren. Die Kalibrierung sowie der Links-Rechts-Winkel bei der Verfolgung (Tracking) streiken regelmäßig. Zwei der vier Kameras lassen sich gar nicht richtig konfigurieren. Die Geräte übernehmen einfach die Einstellungen nicht (Namensänderung, Schutzposition etc.). Da manche Kameras reagieren und andere nicht, muss es ein generelles Softwareproblem sein.Mangelhafte Hardware-Isolierung: Die USB-Kabel für die Solar-Paneele sind nicht wasserdicht isoliert. Man muss die Verbindungen sowie die USB-Buchsen an den Kameras und Paneelen nachträglich selbst extra isolieren.Überlasteter Hub: Der Hub ist mit 4 Geräten gleichzeitig völlig überfordert. Eine flüssige Verbindung ist nur bei niedriger Auflösung möglich. Die Kameras reagieren teilweise extrem zeitverzögert.Fazit:Viele Funktionen klingen auf dem Papier gut, sind aber schlecht umgesetzt. Gegen professionelle Systeme haben diese Geräte absolut keine Chance. Keine Kaufempfehlung!
Bin sehr zufrieden
Sehr schön. Aber im Gegensatz zum Vorgängermodell kein Objekt Tracking. Oder ich hab's noch nicht entdeckt. Trotzdem empfehlenswert!

Das ist wirklich ein perfektes System gut zu konfigurieren vor allem mit dem Home-HUB

Bisher nur positives - tolle Auflösung und man fühlt sich direkt sicherer
Einrichtung
Kinderleichte Einrichtung sieht für mich anders aus. Ich bin Dipl.-Ing. und normalerweise in der Lage Produkte einzurichten. Ein befreundeter Elektriker war ebenfalls nicht in der Lage -trotz Recherchen- die Einrichtung zu erledigen. Nach diversen Versuchen mit dem Support (völlig ohne Erfolg) habe ich nun einen weiteren Techniker gebucht. Wenn es dann funktioniert kommen je nach Einsatzzeit 100€-150€ dazu. Ich möchte das System nicht zurücksenden, da ich die Halter schon installiert habe. Ziemlich blöd gelaufen.

Conforme à mes attentes, installation facile, parametrage et reconnaissance des caméras via la wifi ultra rapide. Pour le moment au top. Les détections sont bonnes et l’analyse du type de détection (humain, animal, voiture) est top aussi.
