Great way to introduce matching
This ended up being a really fun little toy set for my niece who’s 3. She actually likes playing with it and even “teaching” her 1 year old sister how to use it, even though the younger one mostly just watches and tries to grab things at this point. Right away, both of them were more interested in opening and closing the egg shells than anything else, which was kind of funny to see. That part alone keeps them busy for a while. As for the actual stacking and placing the dinosaurs on the track, that’s definitely more of a long term learning activity. It’s not something they fully figured out immediately, but it’s good for introducing sorting, color matching, and just getting familiar with patterns and placement. The dinosaur pieces are also a good size, which I really appreciate. Nothing feels tiny or risky, so I’m not worried about accidental swallowing with either of them, especially with the younger one around. It’s one of those toys that mixes play with learning, even if the “learning” part comes slowly and more through repetition over time.
