Keeps children's feet warm and dry up to -20 °C outside temperature. The high-quality outsole gives the Ultra 2.0 a particularly good grip. This all-round slip-on winter boot is the ideal companion in snow and mud. Made of soft polyurethane (PU), the material has a heat-insulating effect. The inner lining has 30% wool content. The fit is very comfortable to wear. The boot is 100% waterproof and extremely durable. It has a removable insole. Available in many vibrant colours. To ensure optimal performance, socks with a high synthetic content or wool socks are recommended.
Perfect for muddy play
Very happy with the shoes.My son goes to a forest daycare and needed something waterproof (for playing in the mud).The reason I bought this shoe is that his other snowboots just didn’t work on rainy or muddy days and a normal pair of rain boots seemed too cold. I was willing to pay a bit more to not see another second hand /supermarket boot break and need to be replaced.The shoes come up big. He wears size 30 Aldi and Lidl shoes right now, but we measured his foot following the instructions (indicating a 28 for the foot itself and added 1 cm as per instructions and decided on a 29). They do look pretty massive and I think 28 would have fit even better (for hikes and running around especially) but I didn’t want to buy new shoes to soon and I wanted to leave room for a sock so I decided to keep them. If your child has slimmer feet, or needs to run a lot, I’d size down. The big size is fine for playground and sandbox play. My son has a wide foot with a high arch so the model is just right in that regard..The lining keeps the foot warm. It doesn’t look like it can be taken out (not sure). I was sort of planning on doing that in spring.The sole had a pattern with good traction. My son likes the blue colour.Time will tell how they hold up but my son finally can home with dry socks which was my goal.
Unverzichtbar für die kalte Jahreszeit
Die Viking Stiefel sind meiner Erfahrung nach wirklich die Besten!Sie sind toll verarbeitet und jeden Cent wert. Die Füße bleiben selbst nach stundenlangem Spielen bei Schnee und Regen warm und trocken.Mein Sohn findet sie sehr bequem und zieht sie gerne an.
Viking Unisex Kinderstiefel
Hallo liebe Mitshopper,naja, was soll ich sagen, Viking ist Viking.Es sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig verarbeitete Stiefel, die ihren Preis haben aber es auch wert sind. Klar, wenn man Kinderstiefel kauft, halten die von der Größe her nur eine, maximal zwei Saisonen aber wenn ich an mein Kind denke, dass es dadurch einen hohen Tragekomfort hat und immer trockene und warme Füße, dann ist mir das das Geld wert!Außerdem haben die Stiefel ein sehr gutes rutschsicheres Profil, welches ein bedenkenloses Spielen in der Natur ermöglichen.Diese Stiefel würden auch mehrere Saisonen halten und deswegen gebe ich sie gerne in der Familie und im Freundeskreis weiter und alle sind zufrieden mit diesen Stiefeln.Von mir gibt es dank des guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses eine klare Kaufempfehlung für diesen Artikel von Viking.Mit freundlichen GrüßenChristian Ram
Warm, wasserdicht, perfekt für den Waldkindergarten
Die Kinder tragen die Schuhe nun seit mehreren Jahren im Waldkindergarten. Sie sind zu 100% wasserdicht und halten auch bei 2-stelligen Minusgraden die Füße warm. Wir haben viel ausprobiert, bis wir nun die (fast) perfekten Schuhe gefunden haben. Nachteil: sie sind sehr klobig, dadurch haben sie aber große Freiheit auch für breitere Füße. Trotzdem wird auch bei längeren Strecken nichts angemerkt, die Kinder tragen die Schuhe gerne. Die Größen fallen teilweise deutlich größer aus. Meine Tochter trägt aktuell Gr. 26, die faktisch einer 28 entspricht. Mein Sohn trägt die Gr. 33 die ungefähr der Norm entspricht.
Endlich trockene Füße beim Spielen im Schnee
Unsere Tochter hatte mit ihren bisherigen Winterschuhen ständig nasse Füße, weil beim Toben im Schnee immer wieder Schnee von oben in die Schuhe gerutscht ist. Zusätzlich haben die Gummibänder vom Schneeanzug nicht zuverlässig gehalten – das Ergebnis waren kalte, feuchte Füße.Seit ein paar Tagen trägt sie täglich die Winterstiefel von Viking: Der hohe Schaft und der feste Sitz sorgen dafür, dass kein Schnee mehr von oben hineingerät. Auch der Schneeanzug bleibt dort, wo er soll, und rutscht nicht mehr hoch.Unsere Tochter kann jetzt unbeschwert im Schnee spielen, toben und rennen – mit trockenen und warmen Füßen. Für uns ein riesiger Unterschied im Alltag, gerade bei längeren Aufenthalten draußen.Fazit:Klare Kaufempfehlung für Kinder, die viel im Schnee unterwegs sind. Robust, praktisch und genau das, was man im Winter braucht.

Die Schuhe sind zwar nicht schlecht. Sie sind Wasserdicht, wenn man über die hohe nasse Wiese geht. Aber sobald man keine schmalen Waden hat, drücken sie.Bis 0° halten sie warm.Wären die Schuhe oben mit einem verstellbaren Band, wären es 5 Sterne.Zur Optik..... es erinnert mich an TPU Filament.

Perfekt für den Waldkindergarten
Ich habe kürzlich zum zweiten Mal Winterregenstiefel für meinen Sohn gekauft, diesmal zwei Nummern größer, da er sie für seinen Waldkindergarten benötigt. Meine Erfahrungen mit diesen Stiefeln sind durchweg positiv, was mich dazu veranlasst hat, sie erneut zu erwerben.Das herausragendste Merkmal dieser Stiefel ist ihre Haltbarkeit. Sie haben den täglichen Belastungen im Waldkindergarten, wie Matsch, Regen und allgemeinem rauen Spiel, hervorragend standgehalten. Mein Sohn hat sich auch an kälteren Tagen nie über kalte Füße beschwert, was darauf hindeutet, dass die Stiefel ausreichend isoliert sind und die Füße warm halten. Awesome quality, comfort fit and perfect warmth for British winter!
We are absolutely happy with these boots, and many thanks to Amazon they were delivered few days sooner in the first really freezing day in England (felt like -1°) and we could go for a walk straight after we tried them on and got sure they are amazing! :) They look nice in real, and they are more flexible than I thought looking at the pictures, this is important for such a little first walker like my son (16 months). It still took him few minutes outside to get used to them, but he 100% enjoyed his walk in the cold wet-snowy weather, his feet kept be warm and dry! The size seems to be bigger than our UK sizes (my son's feet are 13cm right now), but with at least 2 winter months ahead we won't need another boots for this season, finally this is sorted after few upsetting items we ordered and had to return! These are really nice, no chemical smell, the quality is on the highest level to me, from the box they were in to the lining inside. Wish we could guess the size for next winter to buy them again :))) Thanks to all reviews here, you did help me to do this great choice!
