Ich habe nun schon verschiedenste Produkte von soundcore ausprobiert (Motion Boom Plus Lautsprecher, In-Ears etc.) und bin jedes Mal absolut begeistert. Bei allen Produkten ist mir nicht nur die absolut einwandfreie Verarbeitung aufgefallen, sondern auch ein wirklich guter Klang (mit Equalizer).Die soundcore Geräte haben starke Akkus verbaut die lange halten und schnell geladen sind, so ist es auch beim kompakten Boom Go 3i.Spielzeit, Ton und allgemeine Qualität sind wirklich hervorragend. Die Lautstärke reicht auch wenn man mal draußen ist. Wenn man das Gerät zu laut macht, sind natürlich Verzerrungen hörbar. Ich glaube aber kaum jemand hört absichtlich so laut Musik :-)Ich kann das Produkt zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Viele coole Neuerungen und Features, aber (leider) nicht ganz perfekt
Er sieht aus wie ein halber Soundcore Motion 300 – das war mein erster Eindruck, aber nur, bis die LEDs angingen. Das sorgt in jedem Fall schon mal für einen WOW Effekt 😊Aber von vorne: der Soundcore Boom Go 3i fühlt sich sehr wertig an und bringt ein gewisses Gewicht – 385 Gramm nachgemessen, um genau zu sein – auf die Waage, was den wertigen Eindruck unterstützt. An der Oberseite gibt es Play/Pause und Laut/Leiser Buttons, die gut zu erkennen sind. An der Seite sitzt das Display, einfach gehalten aber auch in Helligkeit gut abzulesen, und dann nochmal vier Buttons, die nur „geprägt“ sind und im Gegensatz zu den Buttons oben keine Farbe habe. Die sind wirklich nicht einfach zu erkennen und auch nicht einfach zu unterscheiden. Ein/Aus, Bluetooth, Mode und Auracast sind hier hinterlegt und man muss schon genau hinschauen – da hätte ich mir wie bei den oberen Buttons etwas Farbe für den Kontrast gewünscht.Der Strap kann zum Aufhängen genutzt werden (wohl am Häufigsten genutzt) oder auch um quer etwas „durchzuschieben“ und den Speaker so zu befestigen – letzteres ein nettes Gimmick für ganz spezielle Anwendungsfälle. Er hat vier Gummifüßchen, damit man ihn auch hinlegen kann – Aufstellen geht leider nicht, da alle Seiten sehr abgerundet sind. Schade – nicht immer kann man ihn irgendwo hinhängen und gerade beim Einsatz zweier Speaker mit Stereo wäre es nett, wenn man diese auch einfach irgendwohin stellen könnte. Die Stereolautsprecher zu Hause stehen ja auch und strahlen den Sound nicht liegend nur Richtung Decke ab oder?Schön ist, dass man die Mode Taste selbst belegen kann, was bei einfachem Drücken, doppelten Drücken oder 2 Sekunden Halten passieren soll – zwar begrenzt, aber so kann man z.B. die LED Effektänderungen auf „einmal Drücken“ legen um schnell zwischen den Modi zu wechseln. Schade ist, dass im Display hier nicht eine Zahl angezeigt wird, damit man sieht, welchen Modi man ausgewählt hat – so scrollt man quasi blind durch. Mit der App hat jeder Modi einen Namen und ein kleines Bild, das ist darüber schon besser gelöst. Natürlich kann man die LEDs auch ausschalten.Generell bietet die App einige Funktionen wie z.B. einen nützlichen Equalizer den man selbst einstellen kann (und sollte) oder auch eine Spielerei wie die „Stimmenverstärkung“: man spricht in sein Phone und die Stimme kommt aus dem Go 3i Speaker.Leider gibt es kein Mikrofon, der soundcore Boom Go 3i lässt sich also nicht wie z.B. der Motion 300 als Freisprecheinrichtung im Home Office nutzen.Nun zum Klang, das eigentlich wichtige zum Schluss: der ist schon gut, man hört Bass und laut genug ist er auch. Allerdings fehlen für mich die Höhen, es klingt irgendwie nicht richtig rund. Klar, Jammern auf hohem Niveau – aber der Preis ist auch nicht gerade niedrig und ich hatte definitiv höhere Erwartungen. Vielleicht muss ich auch noch etwas mit dem Equalizer spielen.Geladen wird natürlich über USB-C – und dieses Mal ganz ohne wasserdichte Schutzkappe, das ist doch mal eine erfreuliche Neuerung. Laut Anleitung (die aktuell übrigens auf der deutschen Website zu einer Türklingel führt, siehe Fotos…) wird eingedrungenes Wasser erkannt und ein Fehlercode angezeigt, dass man in keinem Fall laden soll und den Anschluss trocknen muss. Er lädt aber trotz USB-C nur mit einfachen 5V bis maximal knapp 1.5A, also rund 9W. Das ist nicht besonders schnell, aber noch okay. Eine Notfallakkuladefunktion für’s Handy bietet er auch – und zum Glück nennt sich diese auch „Notfall“: auch hier sind nur 5V möglich und bei gut 7 Watt hört er auf zu laden. Dazu muss man den Speaker anschalten, was sicher auch nochmal Akku kostet. Auch hier wieder: nettes Gimmick.Fazit: ein Stern ziehe ich ab, weil doch einige kleinere Dinge stören, die in Summe dann eben doch nicht den perfekten Speaker machen.

Vergleich mit Bose Color Soundlink
Ich habe vorher eine Bose Color Soundlink Bluetooth Box genutzt, die mir trotz gutem Sound einfach zu schwer und sperrig war. Mit zwei Kids und viele Ausflügen sollte eine Box her, die einerseits einen guten Sound liefert und andererseits gut transportieren ist.Die soundcore Boom erfüllt diese Anforderungen in allen Belangen- es ist insbesondere die Schnalle hervorzuheben, mit welcher man die Box immer gut befestigen kann, entweder am Rucksack oder am Lastenrad. Und abschließend: einen perfekten Sound erwarte ich zu Hause in meinen eigenen vier Wänden. Unterwegs will ich einfach nur Musik hören und habe dabei keine enormen Ansprüche- diese Box hat meine Ansprüche aber übertroffen! Und letztendlich ist der Preis mit ca. 60 Euro (Angebot) absolut fair.

Petite enceinte bien sympa, le son est excellent et puiss6compte tenu de la taille, ça pèse son poids mais l'autonomie est dingue, les effets de LEDs sont très beaux et sympas mais inutiles pour mon utilisation. L'application soundcore est juste géniale, facile intuitive, égaliseurs aux petits oignons, impossible de ne pas trouver le réglage voulu. Très satisfait de cette enceinte nomade , c'est mon 6eme produit Soundcore et pas de dernier!
sounds like a much bigger speaker
While it may look that way, this is not a speaker that fits in your pocket. It is also too heavy to do that. There are other smaller speakers out there if you need that. But given those limitations, it replaces a much larger speaker and produces a voluminous sound. It comes with a detailed equalizer but sounds out of the box good with Bass Up switched on. I used it mostly for radio and podcasts and as such it sounds better and louder than my already big portable radio. It is made to lay on its back or to be strapped to a bar like a handlebar of a bicycle. At first I regretted that it cant be used in an upright position without using a extra stand, but the speaker sounds good laying on its back. I would certainly consider this as a quality product with superior design and construction. I certainly hope that Soundcore releases the extra color which is shown on their US website.

ProsBattery lasts for ages - I charge it to 100% on sunday and it lasts for 45 hours with lights and EQ off at 75% volume.Strap is surprisingly secure on my belt and does not move - even when working in a warehouse and lots of walking.Pretty rugged - knock proof and sturdy.Buttons are easy to access on my belt, I can turn it on or off without removing it or even seeing it.Battery life indicator is a massive plus - no more guessing how much charge is left on it.App is pretty good and no bother to use.This is loud at 75% volume - much better than my JBL clip 5.It’s rugged but not too heavy, a nice balance between size and power.No distortion at higher volumes and sounds nice and crisp with EQ off.Connectivity is great - really easy to pair.value for money is great - its better than my JBL clip 5 in every area and £10 cheaper (when new)Sounds nice and loud attached to my belt, sounds good on a table top.It can be used as a power bank to charge your phone - it wont charge it quickly or by much but it is an option.ConsIt makes a racket when turning it on or off - so late night listening is out.Er….thats it. Bin your clip 5 and buy this.

Anker always makes solid speakers and battery products. I love the fact you can use this as power backup as well for your cell phone and the double latch types is a fantastic feature. One thing I didnt realize was how sturdy the clip is when you switch between the latch types. It really clips in between the different styles and I thought that was a very well designed add on.Another feature I noticed is that when you connect it to the app, you get an entire bank of white noise sounds that you can customize. I think other Anker products that connect to the app can utilize the same options but for this size its perfect to have at your nightstand for a white noise device.This has been one of the most innovative speakers ive used in a while. The price is reasonable and the sound quality is fantastic.Ive also used this in the shower as a speaker and no issues with getting wet. This spring ill plan on taking it with me camping and kayaking.
