Not just for kids
These describe themselves as kids boots but I actually ordered them for myself as they go up to what I consider adult sizes.I'm a sucker for flat/minimum heel tan boots and tend to go through them as I wear them for the majority of autumn and winter.These fit nicely despite my wide feet and there's plenty of room around the calf. I wore these over jeans and they still felt comfortable and not tight.The style is very cowboy but tasteful (I'm talking cowboy not hen do cowboy).The soles feel solid without feeling inflexible and they feel decent quality. Time is usually the decider on that as to how well they wear, whether they crack etc. There feels to be a decent amount of grip but they wouldn't be my go to on an icy day.But so far I'm happy with these boots and I'd say I'm uncertain why they're being specifically marketed to children.Currently on offer at £34.99 they're steep for kids boots but very reasonable for adults. At full price (£49.99) there's no way I'd be buying them for a child and would think twice about getting them for myself.

I ordered these for my daughter as she’d been asking for cowboy boots for ages, and I thought these looked like a nice, simple pair without loads of glitter or overly flashy bits. First impression was really good — the brown colour looks great in person and the stitching gives them that proper western look. Paid £35.99 (at the time of reviewing), which felt reasonable for something a bit different.Fit-wise, they’ve been spot on. I went with her usual size and they fit comfortably with a bit of room to move, without being sloppy. The side zip is a big win — she can get them on and off herself without any struggle, which makes a difference for everyday use.Comfort has been better than expected too. The inside lining is soft enough that she’s happy wearing them for longer periods, and there wasn’t any real ‘breaking in’ needed. She’s worn them out walking, to school runs, and just generally around the house — and that says a lot because she usually complains if something isn’t comfortable.Build quality is decent for the price. They’re made from synthetic leather, but they don’t look cheap, and they’re easy to wipe clean after being outside. The sole has a bit of grip, so they’re not just for show — they’re actually usable day to day.Style-wise, they’re really versatile. They go just as well with jeans as they do with dresses, and they’ve quickly become her go-to pair. Honestly, she lives in them now. They’re so nice I did have that moment of wishing I’d grabbed a pair for myself.If I had to be picky, they’re clearly not premium leather boots, so I wouldn’t expect them to handle really rough use long term. Also, sizing might be worth double checking — I can see how they could come up slightly roomy depending on the child.Value for money is good. At the current price they feel worth it, especially considering how often they’re being worn.All in all, these are a great choice if your child wants that classic cowgirl look but still needs something practical for everyday wear. Comfortable, easy to use, and clearly a hit — I’d definitely consider another pair.
Comfortable & Functional Western Style Boots - Suitable for Ladies as Well as Girls
A pair of BRAVOVER cowboy style boots for girls was ordered in colour Dark Brown, size UK 5, and is the subject of this review. These boots are presented simply shrink wrapped in transparent plastic, a little care needed to cut this off to access the boots.Though advertised for girls, the size 5 fitted my wife’s feet and looked quite stylish as well as functional. The boots are made of PU Leather (Pleather) but the look, feel, and texture are all akin to real leather. The western style stitching is neatly applied with no dropped stitches apparent, and overall manufacture quality appeared of sound quality.My wife reported boots as being comfortable, aided by a silky soft cloth inner lining. She appreciated the full-length zip which made getting boots on and off an easy task. They have a nice calf width with uppers being flexible, conversely the toe area is solid. The soles have a good grip pattern, which helps to prevent slipping on smoother surfaces.Though advertised primarily for girls, the larger sizes appear suitable for women of all ages – both from comfort and look. These would be great for ladies who like line dancing, or can simply be paired with jeans or denim skirt to give a rustic western fashion look.Overall, a nice quality western themed pair of boots by BRAVOVER, that are suitable both for girls and ladies with feet up to UK 5 size. Priced at £39.99 with discount at time of review, this represents fair value and hence thoroughly recommended.
Great for growing kids if the price is right
These boots were greeted with a squeal of excitement and were worn immediately.I ordered them for a country music loving child and they fit the bill perfectly. The heel is low, ideal height for a tween, the colour matches a variety of outfits, and the embroidered pattern around the whole of the leg and on the top of he foot add the finishing touch.The embroidery is doubled up, the lines being uniformly spaced throughout and the stitching of the pattern matches up at the back, (see photo).The side zip on the inside of the boot runs top to bottom allowing easy access and there is a tab on the outer side of each boot for both decoration and to pull the boot on.Inside the boots have a soft, padded lining and insole, with the front of the inner sole being dimpled for extra support and comfort.I ordered a size 4 for a UK size 3 child with a narrow E fitting width as I wanted them to last given I expected limited wearing opportunities.They fit the size 3 child fine and have been worm a lot more than expected, to walk to the shop, around the block, with jeans. shorts, a skirt, just about any excuse to wear them.Being PU the are not as robust as leather boots. They are only for on dry conditions and not in rough terrain or for long walks, just for show really. The heel has already worn away which concerns me for longevity.These are £49.99 at the point of order which I felt was a little toppy. As at the date of review they are £35.99, more in line with the price I expect to pay for childrens' boots which will last only until the next growth spurt although I have still seen similar boots for less.Overall these are a hit, every outfit is paired with the boots to see if they match before footwear is selected, they have been worn for parties and general street wear. They are not made for use in rough terrain or for constant long term wearing but I expect they will be outgrown before they fall apart,
